Banff, Ptarmigan Inn

It is unbelievable that this Driftwood Inn part of The Ptarmagin is allowed to charge extortionate prices for an ill lit room, sticky carpet, lumpy bed, the corridor leading to it was smelly and the room had no air conditioning.The disgusting old sink and bath seemed unclean.

NOT RECOMMEND BE AWAY!! The rooms are very disappointing. Had a room facing the lobby on the third floor ... it was noisy at night, noisy early in the moring and the smell of breakfast was sickening. No windows and no air conditioning made the room a stinky sweatbox. With only 2 nights booked avoid the hotel's restaurant - it is really terrible. There are lots of much better options in town.
