My experience was awful. I injured my right knee on day 2 of my honeymoon in the bobbie burns lodge. After the injury (i came back to the lodge) none of the guides ever asked anything for the rest of my stay. No one cared to call a doctor to at least talk to me.. Everyone was very surprised about my request to call a doctor and seemed that i was the first one getting injured in history!! No refound of the enormous amount of money that i payed for this bad bad holiday. I tried several times to explain my situation to cmh manager in banff without having any help. I'm totally disappointed and i hope they will have the worst problems in their next future. The only good guys of the staff were the pilots of the helicopeter that always talked to me. All the other guests were very disapponited about the treatment i received from the structure. So you don' t have to get injured in this kind of extreme sport with such a bad company.
