The place was nice, the Chalet was cozy. However, I think they can promote more about the place with social media and get more customers. They can easily put this on ECrent.com for example. Register with "France", you can get three items uploading for free.

The staff was very unpleasant from the time we arrived.

We asked the reception to have more pillows as the room was missing two. We had to wait for the day after to get them and therefore having a fist bad night sleep. The beds were hard upstairs. The additional bed downstairs had to be drawn from under the couch. To do so we had to pile up the tables and chairs to have enough room.

The last day, we asked for an inventory sheet to check if we had everything. We had lent a few stuffs to our neighbors as they were missing quite a lot of equipment (forks, saucepan,...). So we wanted to check in advance if we had gotten everything back.

The staff refused to give us the inventory sheet even though we insisted.

The view was fantastic.

The staff at L'Ours Blanc Apartments were absolutely fabulous, they are in a great location. Great pool/sauna/ steam rooms facilities. Not what I would call a 4 star hotel perhaps a high 3 star. Very expensive drinks in the bar, 5 euros for a glass of coke which is out of a bottle that you can buy from the local spar for 2.65 euros. Not what I would call a 4 star hotel perhaps a high 3 star.

I would definitely go there again.
