La Plagne, Club Med Village La Plagne

If you want to pack the maximum amount of time on the slopes without having to worry about where you are going to eat and how much the drinks cost, then you cant go wrong with club med. If you want to improve your skiing then you can ski in a group with people of your ability be it beginner or very experienced, your monitor knows where all the best snow and all the best off piste is and you never need look at a map once, oh and the best bit with a monitor is you jump all the queues. With all club Med ski resorts, you ski out of the boot room.

p.s Very kid friendly, they have ski school for the kids from 4 to 13 then they go into teenagers groups, lots of activities for them in the evening although I think your average British kid may find it a bit uncool. Its a French company but the staff nearly all speak English, mainly French people go but also Dutch, Belgian and also Israely (at least you know the food is good.

Only gripe is you cant leave anything lying around cos no one will ever hand it in, its not there culture it seems.
