I couldn't find any reviews of Celtic Trails. Just finished 5 days of Offa's Dyke (southern section) Celtic-trails.com/offas-dyke-path/offas-dyke-path-itinerary

Celtic Trails booked B&B's for us and arranged transfer of our baggage, and booked a taix for us to take us to Hereford Railway station at the end.(We only did the first 5 days of their suggested itinerary). All the B&B's were ok and the bags were always there when we arrived. The provided a map and guide book, and details directions for finding each place where we were staying and advice about where we could get an evening meal, or buy lunch.

Also spoke to some people who had done South West coastal path with them who had a good experience.
