Nightmare Of A Holiday!!
Well where do I start, I booked a holiday to Greece and pacifically asked for a family resort hotel all inclusive as it was only me and my 5 year old little boy travelling. The advisor came up with an all inclusive hotel with waterpark, entertainment for children etc also hotel was located on the beachfront it sounded great and for the price was even better so I agreed to book. 1 week before we were travelling I received a phone call to say if the hotel I booked was over booked then we would be staying in their sister hotel which would allow us to use the hotel we originally booked facilities. On arrival at the airport was great everything ran smoothly transfer was their ready and waiting to drop us at the hotel. As we get to the hotel to check in they tell us they have no name under my name and that the hotel was over booked this left me and my 5 year old son sleeping on the couch , no food, water nothing. when I tried to contact the travel agency I was told someone would call back in the meantime the hotel had advised me my booking was cancelled!? the management of the hotel were rude and aggressive, they advised me I was booked in at another hotel and ordered me a taxi which took around half hour and had to pay for the taxi myself! When I arrived it was nothing like the hotel I booked it was loacated up in the mountains dark and dingy apartments with nothing for my son to do there were no English at this apartment was located in the middle of nowhere. I rang 2bookaholiday and spoke to the lady I booked with she advised me to walk to a hotel which had taken me 20minutes to see a rep that would help me … no rep there!! I was on my own they did nothing to help they did not care. I ordered taxi back to the resort I originally booked and had to pay for a hotel near by to stay as I wasn't staying at the one they put me in. This ruined mine and my sons holiday I did nothing but cry I ran out of spending money and a few days we didn't eat. I received a phone call and was told they dealt with a company called you travel these people were rude did nothing to help I lost out on just under 1000 for the holiday I booked and was treated appalling, I never received my refund! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SITE!!! ABSOLOUTLEY RUINED MY LITTLE BOYS HOLIDAY BEING THROWN OUT OF A HOTEL WE BOOKED SEEING MY LIITLE BOYS FACE LIGHT UP WHEN WE ARRIVED TO SEEING HIM CRY AND TELLING ME HE WNTS TO GO HOME.... DISGUSTING COMPANY

Booked what was called by this company a 5 Star Luxury Nile Cruise and Red Sea resort holiday.Having booked it then transpired that several other companies were involve. We tried to cover all aspects of the holiday, asking lots of questions ad thought we had covered all aspects. Unfortunately our problems started on arrival at Luxor airport when the transfer and company representative failed to arrive. After a lengthy and anxious waited our meet and greet agent and transport without any success, we finally cleared Customs & Imigration. The airport was deserted and there were no taxis around, thankfully we found another agent who after transferring his customers returned to take us to the boat which took about 30 minutes in pitch darkness eventually arriving at the boat after midnight. We soon discovered that the boat was definitely NOT luxurious, indeed very shabby, but resolved not to let this mar our holiday. The staff on board were very pleasant and willing and whist the food was not brilliant it was acceptable and plentiful. Contacted the customer services of Going Luxury and 2Bookaholiday.com by email, matter supposedly resolved but continued to plague us throughout the holiday. We complained about the cleanliness and general poor standard of the boat to the on board representative and spoke to boat manager, declined the offer of room change, as it was not a lot better. Had further difficulties at hotel, although everything in the hotel was excellent out Tour representative and his company left a lot to be desired, non appearance after initial meet and greet, no notification on notice board regarding times of attendance and very poor administration by the company responsible,incorrect flight details to resulted in us demanding to see a representative, filed formal complain with him and assured everything was going to be OK. final straw was transfer took us and left us at the wrong air terminal and correct one was several mile away no taxi available and left stranded.Had emailed Complaints to the UK booking agent several time whilst away and on our return, who reminded us they were only an agent but agreed to contacted the Egyptian company who virtually shoved the blame elsewhere and denied any knowledge of our complaints at the resort, and did not agree with our assessment of the conditions on the boat despite over 9 photos giving them evidence.

Booked to go to the brand new Ikos in Spain for summer 2020 and these guys were helpful in helping us secure the best deal around. Would recommend them.
Excellent Customer Service
We booked a holiday through 2bookaholiday and then changed our minds about the hotel we had booked - the person I dealt with at 2bookaholiday was fantastic as we were a real pain asking her to get various prices for different hotels and finding out more information for us. The person I dealt with was really patient with us - great customer service provided.

Booked and payed for holiday in April to Jamacia .Turn up on date to travel NOV30TH at Gatwick passports in hand .Two very excited Grand children eight years of age .Went to check in the hadn't heard of us .Holidays had not sent Eflight ticket to virgin .Holidays on their answer machine say they open at 8 no one answered till 8.45.They then tried to blame virgin .WE didn't travel that day and I had to watch my two granddaughters break down in tears .When eventually left two days late when arrived at hotel they asked me for payment for hotel once again the poor standard of this company shone bright . The final straw was the manager rining me at 5 oclock in morning trying to communicate her errors once again blaming every one else apart from herself .I would never book with this company again .MY ADVICE TO YOU IS STAY WELL CLEAR .VERY NICE TO YOUR FACE AND OVER THE PHONE ONCE GOT YOUR MONEY DIFFERENT STORY .WIDE BERTH

Worst Holiday Ever!
2bookaholiday gave me wrong information about where I was stayimg they said i was 10 minutes away from the cancun strip when i was an hour away. They said it was a hotel and spa when it was in actual fact an animal sanctuary.I am allergic to animals I got ill off food and they was not interested and just told me to get allergy tablets. They totally ruined my holiday. Once they have your money they do not care how your holiday goes or about you I could be dead for all they know and they did not care. Do not book with 2bookaholiday.com they are awful.
The worst holiday company to go with .Rude Arrogant didn't even send E flight ticket to Airline .BEWARE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TREAT YOU VERY BADLY I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE STEER WELL CLEAR
Really Good Holiday
Rang up 2bookaholiday without really knowing where we wanted to go, after speaking with the person on the phone i decided on going to Fuerteventura and staying within the Caleta De Fuste area. 2bookaholiday recommended private transfer as the taxi line is normally long and as there were 6 of us going it would work out cheaper. Glad we did line was long and transfer was there waiting. The place we stayed was amazing, great views, we had 3 rooms and these were arranged all next to each other per our request.
When it was time to leave again private transfer back to airport and then home to rainy england :(
All in all i cant thank 2bookaholiday enough for the recommendation and the booking
