Bad Service

I recently used Air Concierge to book tickets from Washington D.C. to Puerto Plata, DR. Not only did we not end up saving money, but the travel agent never informed us of changes in schedule, a change in confirmation number nor did he ever give us SEATS! I would never use this agency again

The Person I Dealt With Mispelled My Wife's Last N

the person I dealt with mispelled my wife's last name on the ticket she purchased to Sierra leone.  Her booking was cancelled even though she only asked for the correction of the spelling error.She was not put in another flight and was made to cough out another $1207.00 to purchase a new ticket. International Travel Network(the organization he represents) distanced itself from the problem and would not take any responsibility or offer any satisfactory solution to the problem so created. ITN customer service and personnel seldom reply to her emails requesting information concerning the refund.As at date she is yet to get her refund even though Brussels Airline said she ia entitled to full refund since the cancellation was from their side.

Stressfull..keep Calm...you Did Better That They Can

Everything people have said also happened to me. I already did my homework on flight costs and booked on line a nice itinerary at the cost that was par for the course. Having 24 hours to cancel it with no problems, I entertained the Air Concierge agent's offer of a third of the price. Back and forth, back and forth, no more seats... the offer no longer available...the dates of the flights changed...music would come on while I was talking...tones ticked of time on the line. THERE WAS A FLIGHT WERE THERE WAS ONLY ONE HOUR LAY OVER TO GET THROUGH CUSTOMS!!!! During several swirls of pressure, and at least an hour of my life, I maintained my cool knowing I did a good job. The agent hung up.

Fast But Bad

I wrote to them for a flight with as many segments as possible from Germany to the US, I found the same flight for 370 online and would have been able to book this. The agent suggested flights for 470$ and said cheaper flights are not bookable, which is not true. No recommendation on this one, maybe they are better on Business class flights or First class.

Stay As Far Away As Possible

I could not recommend a company ANY LESS than I do airconcierge.com.

I paid more to find a convenient flight to Cape Town from New York. Traveling with a 2 year old needs to be as smooth of a journey as possible. So I spent more to have a convenient flight, with short layovers etc.

A month or 2 after I reserved the flight with airconcierge.com I look into my flights…. They changed my flight, WITHOUT TELLING ME, and added another connection flying via Detroit (after already connecting in Amsterdam as scheduled) on the way home. So I had to bring attention and tell THEM that my flight had changed, after calling, and emailing for OVER 3 weeks and they still had not sorted my issue out. They now have myself and my family leaving from Newark and arriving back in JFK… 2 different airports.. Awesome!. Costing me an extra $375 in transport costs. Do you think they care… absolutely not. They also made my reservation different from my husband and son, and they did not ‘connect’ the reservations to each-other, and they did not add the vegan, and toddler meal we requested, and booked as far in the back of the plane as possible. EVERYTHING I had to change myself. There is no point in using this service because you end up doing all the work yourself. Thank you KLM for helping me as this company is useless.

They are happy to take your money, after that, you are on your own. This company has cost me time and money. I have never had such bad service in my life.

I know it's frustrating to have flights changed on you without notice. However this happened to me TWICE, on tickets I had purchased directly from American airline. It also happened to my mother. All of these were international flights. So, this is not necessarily a problem with the consolidator, but with the airlines!

I Contacted International Travel Network/air Conci

I contacted international travel network/air concierge/ ASAP tickets in hoping to get a good deal on a plane ticket to Cebu, Philippines and a slick woman name helped me out. I did not buy the ticket because I wanted a return ticket with the longest possible date and their computer can only go as far as 11 months so I decided to wait a month. But the following week, she emailed me and gave me a very good deal from Florida to Cebu(round trip) for $1, 202.90. She emailed me the details including the lay overs, etc. Once I paid the ticket, it was not from Florida to Cebu BUT from Florida to Manila. Theres a 1 hour by flight difference. This woman is very slick and dishonest, she made it look like a very good deal so I will buy it when in reality the ticket to Cebu costs over $140 more. After I paid the ticket, I found out that it was to Manila, not Cebu. So I immediately dispute it within 2 hours since I paid by paypal. The company didn't reply thru paypal but she emailed me a week after stating she's sorry for the misunderstanding and theirs nothing she can do because it's already over 24 hours. I explained to her that I refuse to go to Manila due to safety reason, the arrival is at night time, in order to change flight from international to domestic, I have to take a taxi with 2 60pounds boxes, safety reasons because I don't want to get rob or even killed and this past 2 weeks, their are numerous news that airport workers have been planting bullets in passenger bags so when they go thru airport security, the bullets would appear and the workers can ask large amount of money in exchange not to file criminal charges. Basically, Philippines is a very dangerous country and specially in Manila. Me and her had been emailing back and forth wasting my time and at the end, she decided to indirect tell me that theirs nothing she can do about it so I filed a complaint to the better business bureau. Within the next day, she emailed me and tell me that the company will reimburse me for my round trip ticket from Manila to Cebu, plus taxi fare and the kilos for the boxes I am carrying BUT only if I can provide the receipts. This woman is so insulting, this is not about money, this is about safety!

They Post Fake Fairs - Well Not Exactly Fake But N

They post fake fairs - well not EXACTLY fake but not available on the dates you list. I wanted to go to Melborne in September. The low price was only for February and March yet they posted it to get me to call.

Even though there was a posted discount number that did not link the operator to the information given on the website so its like starting all over again.

Run away screaming! Really!
