Not Good Totally Totally Useless
Their staff totally totally mis guided me for going to turkey
I sufferd a lot on Antalya Turkey air port with my 2 boys

Ripped Off
BOOKED THE HOLIDAY OVER THE PHONE FOR MY PARTNER AND HER AUNTY.I RANG BEAT THE BROCHURE 3 TIMES TO MAKE SURE THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE WAS CORRECT, I.E 15 KILO EACH 10 KILO EACH HAND LUGGAGE,EACH TIME I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS CORRECT,AFTER ALL THEY WERE FLYING RIP OFF MERCHANTS,RYANAIR.DROPPED PRTNER OFF YESTURDAY AND RECEIVED A CALL TO SAY MY PARTNER HAD TO PAY 50 POUNDS AS THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONE CASE OF 15 KILO BETWEEN THEM PLUS THERE HAND LUGGAGE.IS SOMONE REALY HAVING A LAUGH.MANY YHANKS BEAT THE BROCHURE AND AS FOR RIP OFF RYANAIR THE FASTER THAT COMPANY GOES BUST THE BETTER,AND REPLACE IT WITH STAFF AND A SERVICE FITTING FOR A AIRLINE.HOPE BEAT THE BROCHURE DOES THE RITE THING INORDER FOR TO RECOVER SOME OF MY COSTS.THEY SAY CALLS ARE RECORDED SO THIS WILL CONFIRM WHAT I WAS TOLD.
Waste Of Time
I signed up for email offers on holidays each time I have tried to make enquiries as 'phone call enquiry only' I have got through to be greeted with an automated message that the liner I held the message time increased I.e
Call and advised in position #2 no longer than 2 mins wait
Still holding and now 3:08 message now states position #2 no longer than 3 mins wait, music and now 3:45 mins holding, msg interrupts again in queue #2 no longer than 4 mins wait. This continued advising in queue #2 but still increasing until reached 8:40 mins of holding! A JOKE!
DON'T BOTHER YOU'LL BE TOLD IN POSITION #2 BUT DO NOT GET AN ANSWER.
As I couldn't actually get through in response to receiving an offer ref: SO 10-03 for a 5* Portugal stay I will never be able to review what , where, when, how etc
Cancelled My Room And Still No Refund
I booked a surprise holiday for my partner to Portugal via beat the brochure. 2 weeks before we were due to travel they informed me that they no longer had a contract with the hotel I had booked. They gave me three options all of a lesser standard to the hotel I had origionally booked. As I knew the area I asked to go in the hotel next door to which I was told I would be charged extra. I was told I could have a refund which would take 3 days to come through. 4 weeks later and I am still no closer to getting my money back. Do not use this company.
Disgraceful Customer Service
We book a holiday with this company only to arrive at the Hotel to be told they have no Room for us for 1 night,they put us up in an apartment .
The Hotel advised us that they informed Beat the brochure but we never received so much as a phone call or e-mail .
On our return we phoned the Administration Department and waited 35 minutes for someone to answer the call .
We explained to the lady who could not even understand the Ref No her English was disgraceful and then she just put the phone down on us.
Please be aware they take your money but are not interested in any problems .
We would never book with this Company again .
Warning!!
Warning be careful using this company. Basically they have low prices but you will get an email or text message asking you to contact them. regarding your booking. When you do you will be told your room(s) are no longer available but you can book others for a further charge. If you challenge this and ask to cancel they will say you cant as once bookings are made they cant be cancelled. This is untrue as they are breaching their own guidelines. Be careful, it is hardsell over the phone with people who have some difficulty in understanding english. This is my own experience and I would avoid this company. They also trade under various names including truly travel ltd
