Couldn't navigate through the credit card page as there was a pop up that wouldn't go away and it blocked the space so you couldn't enter other information.

I can only echo what others have said. Purchased two tickets from website. My wife informed me that I had selected the wrong dates of travel. I tried calling Globester several times, but to no avail. They will not answer their phone. I canceled the tickets online, and followed up with a phone call, and left a message. No return call. I called the airline directly, they advised to cancel through Globester. I called Globester again, and finally spoke to a human (loosely speaking). Got the run around. Nothing accomplished. Will have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Do not use this website!!

I was booking a flight that offered $15 and more discounting. I could barely understand the agent. After much discussion and confusion I was pressed to purchase. I said I want to wait (I should read reviews and I would have know rather were liars). I asked if I could cancel without any fees (24 hours with airlines). He said "no. Problem" As soon as I got the email I called in to cancel in 20 minutes as the flight was incorrect. I was told there is NO cancellations. After 3 more calls I got it cancelle, however the agent said the airlines charges taxes??? When I complained they hung up. The charges were pending on my card and were listed as Delta charges. I called Delta and they said they never do that even for third party reservations.

I called back to ask for the corporate office or owner. He said "since you are so smart why don't you find it for yourself" and hung up.

I just got the charge posted to my account. I booked from Travelersdesk.com. The pending charges were from Delta and now the final on my charge is Globester. Horrible service. Lying about their procedures. Rude. Confusing speech. I am writing every better business site. This should be illegal. I wanted to cancel before hanging up and was repeatedly lied to.

I want my $100 back. It was not for taxes, or the airlines. I was told there was no charge to cancel. I cancelled in 20 minutes. Horrible customer service

Today [05/02/15 time @11:47am EST], I called to Globetser contact tel: 888-206-2080 for the flight booking and found one of the worst customer care online services I’ve been experienced so far.. Customer care Representative don't even listen and understand your need while try to explain them and asking for other best option. They disconnect your call upfront if they don't want to help or spend time with your request. This is really weird and disgusting.

Moreover the Prices for the website availability is lesser than what they offered infact more than 4x times. i.e. if one way fare on website is available @ $213 they multiply 4x times = $852 for one way.... this is purely cheating and Bogus.. hence I would not recommend to my friends or others. Please beware for such a bogus Services providers or Agents sitting in the market.

Night mare to look up flights, no one ever answers any phone called. Had to finally pay some one else to get flight info. This computer stuff sucks for many seniors but no one cares. almost cancelles whole trip. Be easier to drive except the travel time of many days. even this review does not explain what the numbers on top are. 1 ? 5 ? should be the poorest service what ever number that is.
