i booked a holiday today they took my details and credit card details,then rang me back to say that holiday has gone,BUT you can still go to the same holiday same hotel same resort but its going to cost you £89 extra,its not the 1st time this has happened to me but it certainly will be the last,as im going to contact trading standards to report this company.so be warned about this company!

Went into new Ollerton post-office on Saturday booked a holiday excellent service price was same as on line explained everything clear to us made us very welcome went out above and beyond will deffo be going back

So booked and paid 750 for holiday, get call 20 mins later after payin saying room had gone up £60! Had to pay. Get here its horrendous not all inc like we paid spoke to HD and offered me diff room ran by same company for ectra 75!!! Refused as same one we was offered for free from hotel.  Spoke to some english folk here turns out they had same call after booking woth same company will be taking this to atol,watchdog,trading standards!!!!

Please do not book via this shambolic excuse of a company, as with many other posts on here our experience is one of utter contempt with which you are treated by this “outfit”. Promise paradise and send you to a gulag!!! From the price quoted to the price it ends up being, through to ablosute zero customer service the thing is a sham from beginning to end. After paying over £800 for a week A/I in Crete we had to pay a further £300 to escape the resort they sent us to (feneriki) absolute liberty takers who once they have your money leave you high and dry. I implore anybody who is thinking of being taken in by their seemingly great deals to not be hoodwinked, believe me you will regret it, my advice: pay the difference and go with a reputable high st name.

We have just booked a holiday with these guys and yes price did change to what agreed as flight times change but within 20 minutes they had sorted our flights and our hotel to a nice hotel even better then the one other agents had offered and within our budget i have flight and hotel vouchers and ready for our holiday so thankyou to the two guys I dealt with for sorting that as we have had a terrible time with HOLIDAYGEMS PlEASE DO NOT Book HOLIDAYGEMS cancelled our holiday with a dissapointed 9 year old but took rhe money from our bank then passed from pillow to post no vouchers or proper information like hot deal holidays I DEFINITELY reccomend them there a life saver in school holidays last minute my daughter now has a holiday to look forward too

I can honestly say id never normally write a 1 star review but i am so annoyed i spent over 40 minutes giving details, spelling names address etc out to find out the price went from £357 to £414 i accepted this. They then rang me back less than 15 min later saying that the flight I had booked was no longer available and tried to charge me an extra £39. After a little toing & frowing the price came down to £414 but with no booked in bag (£60) I had had enough! I said no way cancel my booking & delete my personal and bank details etc. H Please avoid if you need to keep your blood pressure down :-)

At first I was very sceptical about this travel agent due to all the negative reviews. However, I got an amazingly cheap deal to Corfu, 1 adult and 2 children for £509 including transfers!

Hotel was 3 stars but no complaints really and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I would use Hot Deals again for a short haul holiday.

I called customer services on Friday 13th October 2017 and was assured my flights (ryanair) were going ahead. My flights were booked for 6.50am on 10.10.2017, I received a call on the 09.10.2017 at 19.10 hrs advising the flight was cancelled, and rather than attempt to get us to our destination for the full duration of our holiday, they would be booking us with Ryanair again over a day later, (flooding over a day and half of our holiday), they didn't even sit us together on our rebooked flight and were utterly useless. I will not be using this company again. They said they had known 30 mins the flight was cancelled, I am still awaiting a response from Ryanair, the least they could have done was attempt to get us on the holiday they sold us, on the date they sold us, via another air line. They have not even tried to help us, just kept saying it would be extra to have allocated seats.....joke!

Booked through hot deal holidays.good price for what we paid 3 star hotel not a great choice in food but what we had was ok.for all inclusive we would go again.no problem with the arranged transport for transfer and was sent a text reminder the day before.this hotel had no entertainment. A large swimming pool compared to some bigger hotels nearby.restaurants not far n reasonable. A relaxing holiday.

Apon arrival at 11.oclock we were told that our room would not be ready till 4 then we were told that our bed and breakfast was only booked as bed only even though I had it in black and white they told me I had to contact HOT DEAL HOLIDAYS I did so to be told it will be sorted out 2 days later I sent them an email asking wot is being done about this few hours later I got an email from them saying there is nothing that they can do about this .....SO I PAID NEARLY £2000 FOR BED ONLY FOR 2 ROOMS 14 NIGHTS WHEN I KNOW IT WAS FOR B&B VERY LET DOWN AS I HAVE MY IN-LAWS WITH ME AND THEY ARE PENSIONERS WHO LIKE THERE EARLY BREAKFAST....DISGRACE
