Do Not Book With This Agency!

I booked a trip with this Agency, pre payed refundable booking. After one month they sent an e-mail that they can not confirmed the booking although I got an voucher for the hotel and the hotel confirmed the reservation when I contacted them. So I cancelled my booking but have still not received my refund and it is one month ago now. So do not make a reservation with this Agency!

I Want To Tell You All A Little Story, A Story Abo

I want to tell you all a little story, a story about a holiday company. Now this company takes your booking, takes your payment and even sends a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. This clever company waits many months and sends you a new EMAIL telling you that your BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. They even advise you to get in touch with the resort as they can NO LONGER GUARANTEE your rooms. So, I rang the resort and YES THE BOOKING HAS INDEED BEEN CANCELLED. I asked who cancelled it and why ? The RESORT informed me that HOTELSCLICK had cancelled the booking and GAVE NO REASON as to why they were cancelling the booking. I asked if any monies had been paid for the booking and was told NO. NO MONEY WAS RECEIVED with the original booking. Now this is HOW CLEVER this company is, I reported this TRANSACTION to my bank. They can do NOTHING to retrieve the funds as it is over their 120 day cap on such actions. The bottom line is I am out $1360, can't get it back and nothing I can do against this company which operates out of ITALY. The favor I am asking all of you is to SHARE MY STORY we need to make sure that they don't do this to anyone else. Sadly since this happened I have been researching this company and this is a COMMON PRACTICE for them, and yes, NO ONE GETS THEIR MONEY BACK. I have sent 14 emails asking for a reason and a refund and NO RESPONSE. PLEASE HELP, we need to put them OUT OF BUSINESS. Remember HOTELSCLICK I really appreciate your help family and friends.

Room Booking

Booked 2 rooms with this company, paid with a debit card. the room was for the following day received an email to say booking was pending. Rang the company took forever to be answered when they did was told they would ring the hotel to check availability which i thought was already done. within 5 minutes i was sent an email saying the rooms were not available and offered an alternative which i didn't want. terrible service would never use again.

Stick To Booking.com

I booked a room in Tunisia via HotelsCick.com for £83. I paid in full and took the confirmation and the voucher with me. The hotel refused to accept the voucher and did not accept the booking. I was forced to pay the full rate of£ 160. Avoid this site.

I Had The Worst Experience With This Company.never Again!

I booked an all inclusive trip to Cuba on December 2 and immediately cancelled the same day. They do not advertise ANYWHERE their cancellation fees of $25 euros. They charged the cancellation fees immediately and sent me an invoice, however it's 2 weeks later and i still don't have my refund. I have emailed them repeatedly and they are unresponsive. Their customer service is horrible. NEVER book with them, their are unreliable and they do not respect the customer. READ all the fine print BEFORE you book any reservations with them.

Beware- They Are Not Reputable

I clicked on an email link and was directed to the Hotelsclick website. The website looked legitimate and I booked a room for an upcoming 2 night stay in London. In bold red letters it said on their site that I have until 16 Dec 2015 to cancel (14 days later). The hotel I booked was 'request' and the website said they will inform me of whether there are rooms available within 48 hours. I did not hear anything else. The next day I sent them an email saying I want to cancel this request, please don't charge my card. They responded saying now you have to pay 25 euros per room for cancelling!!! Apparently deep into their terms and conditions it says you have to pay to cancel a confirmed reservation. My booking was NEVER confirmed. The information on their website is purposefully misleading. Nowhere does it say if you put your credit card details in, we will charge you no matter what. In fact it states clearly that there is no charge for 'pending reservations'. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THEM.

Please AVOID making any bookings through this booking engine. They offer the rates that do not exist and after charging Your credit card, they will let You know that booking is unsuccessfull. I should have checked reviews before I booked the hotel on their website. Very suspicious practice....

Dont Use Them!!!

OK I AM very very upset!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I would give this website 0 Stars if I could, the only reason they get one star is that is the only option

I went onto HOTELCLICKS website and I noticed that I made 2 reservations and cancelled them within the allowed cancellation time yet, HOTELSCLICK charged my card twice but never reimbursed me for the total amount. it was for bookings:

I went to call them me reimburse my card in the amount of $539.00

U.S Dollars back to my credit card used on file and when you call all you get is a voicemail! When you email, no one emails you back!! I am in the process of trying to report fraud and my credit card company has been notified.

Please explain to me what's going on. Yesterday I purchased a four night stay at a hotel in Havana, Cuba,for our honeymoon.My fiancee said I should read up on your customer reviews before booking with you, but I didn't. I should have... Your site said it accepts Pay Pal so we used that. You took the payment, and displayed an"Acceptance of order" and "Confirmation of payment" screen , with five different sets of reference numbers that quickly disappeared if you try to print the page,and then sent no invoice or confirmation of any reservation at the hotel.It's a good thing I screen captured it. Your site warned me that my "..payment,requested on line, has been switched to offline processing" and that "....it's status will remain waiting until the end of the offline process".. My account page on your website actually says, that I have no bookings with you!!  I got no response from your "Customer Care"phone number other than a voice message greeting that sounded like it was being played from an old cassette playing message recorder, and you never even responded to my email, even after your site claimed to have sent me an email. I don't appreciate being ripped off by someone who can't be found by an American, because you can just lay low in Venice Italy while you borrow my money for ten days until Pay Pal makes you pay me back! I want a clear confirmation from the hotel I payed for, or a full refund from you.
