Having flexibility with dates of travel and departure airport afforded us an excellent deal in airfare. Will definitely use this site again.Booking was painless and easy and I got a good fare. The schedule is exactly what I wanted so I’m hoping to enjoy my low g-awaited trip.I enjoy using this site, and have gotten great deals.

I found a price on KAYAK, booked it on Travel Junction, and received an email itinerary that said ONLINE BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR FLIGHT.

Then, they contacted me to tell me everything was fine, they just needed to verify my details... followed with a long absurd WhatsApp chain that started with them saying that through no fault of their own, the flights were now unavailable; and it would cost me 500 USD more to book virtually the same flights! I said no I wanted a refund. They used delaying tactics, played on my sympathies, treated me like an idiot to try to explain to me why they were not canceling the charge. The upshot is I am out 600 dollars with no tickets.

The crazy thing to me is that I have documentary evidence of all of this, and they seem to know that they will basically not get caught.
