Try It!
Do not take my word for it, try it for yourself.
Use Royal Mail, wait a week or so....
Send it back with envelope provided...
Does what it says on the packaging.
Do Not Use!
I can't stress enough, DO NOT USE THIS DVD SERVICE. When I contacted them to say that no DVD had arrived through the post, they just took money straight out of my account. Presumably this was to cover the DVD that I had 'stolen'. When I tried to contact them via email and their over priced phone line several times, I got no reply whatsoever. I'm currently pursuing a refund through my bank. It may only be £12ish but it's a matter of principle.
Don't Go Near!
I used this company as part of the LivingSocial deal from last year. Agreed with the other reviewers - the actual service is shockingly slow, especially in comparison to LoveFilm. The envelopes they send you are extremely flimsy as well, and all in all, I'm not surprised the last DVD I rented never reached them (or so they claim).
Now I put my hands up and say I should have gone to the post office and got a certificate of postage to prove I sent it, but I didn't. So after a while, I was charged, as per the Ts & Cs, the RRP of this missing disc. Fair enough. After this I froze my account (there is no delete option).
Since then I've been charged three more times + an overseas transaction fee, seemingly at random! There is absolutely no reason for them to charge me over and over for one disc. They do not reply to any emails about the matter (even one I sent to their director personally), or on Facebook or Twitter. I'm reluctant to phone them because they're overseas and it will cost me probably a fair bit, but I'm left with no other choice.
I don't think I'll ever get my money back - my bank say there's nothing they can do because it's a debit card payment, rather than Direct Debit. The best I can hope for now is to stop further payments.
Avoid like the plague!

Don't Waste Your Money
Just like the last reviewer, I've found the service very slow. I also signed up for a three-month trial for unlimited DVDs, and I've just paid for the first month of their Bronze package - I so wish I hadn't, I've only had 2 DVDs since January. I just checked my status online - they've not posted anything to me in over a week. I had the same problem over Christmas - no DVDs sent out for 10 days, and my emails were unanswered.
I think this must be a one-man operation - and they take a lot of holidays!

Www.onlinedvd.rentals.co.uk - Avoid
I have had exactly the same experience with the same offer: 3 months unlimited DVDs. After much complaint they extended the subscription by 1 month but that's not what I was after; I just wanted a good service with good turnaround times. In the end I got 8 DVDs in 4 months. I even got a DVD that I did not request which, sadly, I had seen before anyway!
Incredibly poor. Worst online DVD company I have used.

Odr Online Dvd Rental - A Really Poor Company
We purchased this as an offer voucher on Living Social. If the idea of these deal is to attract longer term customers, then they have done the opposite! Four dvds delivered in 3 months by second class post - one of them not even on the list! The deal we went for was for unlimited dvds for 3 months - one at a time. Many emails were sent and not replied to, and others were just replied with vague excuses - this company have very poor communications.
I have searched about them and found out that this Irish company have had plenty of complaints of a similar nature and have also been accused of charging customers credit cards after free deals were cancelled.
Please avoid this company.
