Liars!
Ordered a month ago. Still no product. After some chat and e-mail they promise "gold mountains" but the shipment day is changing fom another date to out of stock and back to a new date and so on...
Never again! This company should not even excist!
Beware Mis-advertised Products
Ordered a case described as being suitable for my phone, paid £4.98 for delivery on an £8.50 product and received it over a week later.
Case was too small, stated clearly on the box which phones it was suitable for (a much smaller list than on the website) and was far too small for the advertised application.
Given that Fommy (Moftware Ltd) refuse to refund delivery costs I have a choice of keeping it or being £7+ out of pocket for nothing, so am discouraged from returning items.
Would not recommend taking the risk and ordering from this company.

I Purchased A Leather Belt Pouch From Fommy Before
I purchased a leather belt pouch from Fommy before Christmas but it started falling apart within weeks. Fommy refused to comply with their legal obligations regarding faulty goods to offer a refund or replacement so I've completely wasted £21.00. My advice - don't touch this company

I Am So Frustrated With This Company. I Placed Ord
I am so frustrated with this company. I placed order on 2/8/11 and a month later I still do no have my order. The only answer I get is it is on back order and they cannot tell me when it is going to ship. They have my money but I have no product. I have called and get no where and when I ask to to speak with an US Citizen not someone from India they say they will have to call me back. Please from my experience avoid Fommy.com at all costs.

Ordered a phone charger .... after 4 weeks it arrived - wrong type ... all email sent to support address go unanswered.
When I phoned they said I had to send wrong one back then I could re-order.
(at my cost)
Reordered ...wrong item again ... 8 separate emails unanswered.
Today their customer services advise no emails received from me, even though I have received 8 read receipts.
So after 8 weeks still do not have correct item - be warned.

I Ordered A Sell Phone Case For My New Phone On Th
I ordered a sell phone case for my new phone on thursday july 29th. I got the standard shipping so it was suppose to arrive by wednesday august 4. Well come friday august 6 it still hadn't shown up.
So i call the customer service and with no surprise i got some Indian guy, an out sourced costumer service rep that had little to do with fommy.com.
I asked about where my case was he told me they were gonna ship it that day and that i would get it by next friday august 13. When i ask why on earth did it take so long to send out he paused for a minute and just repeated what he just told. This happened 2 times before i said fine and hung up.
I was out of luck because no where else has case for the phone since its new. Well come friday august 13 i get a call. Its the same guy calling to say my address not accepted by usps. Well that retarded since i get stuff in the mail all the time. Further more how did it take a week to figure it out. I held back from cussing this guy out and gave him a new address. I asked again why it took a week to figure it out and he again just kept repeating that My case should arrive next week on tuesday august 17; 20 days after i ordered it.
If it doesnt arrive next week im cancelling. the 5% or 5 dollars they charge me will be worth it. Im never ordering from this site again.

After Trawling Through Countless Websites That Off
After trawling through countless websites that offered genuine blackberry products on the search engine but only generic products in the websites i discovered fommy. Product image matched the part number and image avail on the official BB store. Price and shipping was the cheapest i have found. Part ordered at Wednesday lunchtime product was on the door mat the next morning via first class post. product works is labeled blackberry and looks exactly like the BB official image.
Very very pleased will definitely consider using again !!

Placed an order in December 2009. Goods advertised as ready for shipment in early January. No customer service messages to warn of any delays. Items not received in February. Communicated with customer support via instant chat. Rep promised delivery by Feb. 8th -- guess what, still no goods. When I contacted support again to report the shipment as outstanding, no compensation offered -- just the news that I might finally receive the items in March (only an "eta" of the 1st offered). Ridiculous.

Placed an order for a blackberry on jan 7 as the website said "shipping now" for stock status. This was obviously a lie. My credit card was billed the same day. After 7 days I called and they said "it will ship very soon". Another 5 days and they said "it will ship this friday". another few days and they said "it will ship THIS friday". Another few days and they said "it will go out tonight". Finally after 2 more days (2/2) i called and canceled the order. They had the nerve to say "please be patient, it will go out this friday". i said i don't believe them, and canceled the order. They said i will be refunded within 2-3 days, I hope that happens and i don't have to pursue them via my credit card company. In short - don't ever order from fommy.com!

Worsest experience i made at such a big business
I ordered at 7th of december at fommy.co.uk. It was a item, which, at the moment of ordering (and paying thru paypal!) was in stock (green), even the day after, it remained "green". I expected to get the item before xmas, it was time enough, even for delivery to germany. The tracking told me, that the item was in "transit" so i hoped the best.
15 days later i asked per eMail about the delivery. No response until now. Same status. I called the customer service and they told me it was temp. out of stock and would be sent at december 28th. If that was right, the online status of today (29th) should tell me something different, but it's still "transit". The online-chat now told me, that they expect delivery on January 4th. I have no hope in that anymore.
