Rip off rip off, rip off!

Unable to download, no customer service/support response, after their emails promised someone would contact me within 1-5 business days.

Going to bank tomorrow to see if I can I somehow stop payment. 

I joined ringophone expecting great service. The site said it worked good for I-phones.But to work on I-phone you have to go through multiple steps. I worked and worked trying to download some tones. I accidentally managed to get one to work. I sent multiple e-mails to the support link and never got a single reply. So I spent $15 for "Bad to the Bone" This title pretty well sums up my experience with this company.

I recently purchased ringophone which has a download link for the I phone and it didn't work. Tried the other links with no luck. Tried contacring them and no response tried 4 times. Ringophone is a scam and I think they should be arrested for fraud!!! They robbed me of 20 dollars!!!

Just got my first DROID which makes me a novice to say the least.i went to the website pointed the scanner at the barcode and voila...it's in my phone!

Just got ripped off. I chose to receive the text message delivery. Got the text message with URL, but when I try to download, it gives me an error message saying I don't have access to the site. Tried to get help from their support site (email only), but no one has contacted me.
