The Hypno Tap mixes hypnotherapy with tapping. I didn't know anything about tapping, but after I downloaded it, it was really useful. Basically, you do a quick tapping routine whenever you feel the need to over-eat. The hypnosis was good too. Very relaxing.

It is a long download if you only have dial-up connection, but it's still worth it. I found it after reading an article in September's Health & Fitness Magazine in the UK.
