I bought, or I thought I bought a spotting scope from this company but it never turned up. They provided me with a tracking link that was invalid. UPS had never recorded such a consignment number from these people.

I had sent numerous emails over a four week period but they never bothered to respond to any of them.

I had paid by PayPal and have had to open a case aginst them to recover my money.

I don't think they even had the scope in stock to sell in the first place.

My advice is to steer well clear of this company and buy from a more reputable company even if it costs more.

I have had to learn the hard way. Please don't make the same mistake.

Bought some pulsar night vision from them after talking on the phone, really friendly and helpful service. Item arrived next day. Couldn't fault at all!

Would not bother. Ordered a tripod from camerashop.co.uk. They took money same day from account 4 days later emailed me to inform my They HAD PRICED ITEM WRONG do I wish to cancel or send them another £111.70. Have since seem same tripod £45.41 cheaper from Amazon.

I was going diving in a weeks time and really needed to get hold of an underwater housing for my camera as I was going to the Farnes islands and hoping to see seals. I found this company on the internet, whilst looking for a camera bag for my Fuji Finepix 2800 Zoom camera. I was uncertain about the most suitable product, so I telephoned the company for advice. I was offered a Tamrac Digital 3 as a suitable case, was sent an e-mail with a picture of the product attached with an hour, whereupon I phoned back and placed my order. The camera bag arrived in the post the following morning. I was particularly impressed with the politeness, courtesy and efficiency of the sales staff. Excellent service.
