After speaking about a Hyundai was told this car was a really nice car with only 2 owners and fsh.

Arrived to find the car had been running until upto temperature the boot wouldn't open the alloys were in terrible condition even after been told they had been refurbished. There was rust in parts in the engine bay and the diesel fuel filter looked like it had never been replaced.

I then turned the engine off to find the car wouldn't start back up. Found the sales guy who was looking after me very rude. Wouldn't trust these monkeys with a spanner. Took me a week to get my deposit back.

I must agree with the previous review this car dealership is very unprofessional, the owner and employees are rude and the way business is conducted is underhand hiding behind unfair/unnecessary terms and conditions. In summary my honest opinion is that the cars are certainly priced competitively and slightly less than neighbouring car supermarket "Car Giant" - but Car City Ltd however offers no additional advantage over buying from a private vendor, I purchased a Mercedes from them last year for £22,000 and apart from the £500 saving there was nothing to recommend or persuade me to use this garage again.

The saving did convince me at the time to make the purchase however two tyres were illegal and the last service had not been completed to schedule so the warranty from Mercedes had been voided, this in addition to the rudest service ever possible in a sales environment makes me wonder how this business is still trading. Buy to save a few Pounds however keep your eyes wide open!

I contacted the seller of a car who claimed he was a PRIVATE seller. After he gave me his address and mobile number i did a little research and discovered he was in fact a Trader! After reviewing all the negative reviews on this company "Carcity" I have decided to avoid them. I have also read the positive reviews which appear to have been written by the owner or friends. Some of the "mispelt" reviews are clearly made up!!! AVOID this garage! 

Misleading from start to finish. Too many hidden fees. Very rude with it.

i bought a Vauxhall insignia 20/4/15,i telephoned the company said the car was £7900 for cash over the phone also said the car had a remaining Vauxhall warranty because the car was under 3 years old which was a lie as it had missed a few services so no warranty,when I travel down from Glasgow they said my car was now £8400 not the stated price on the phone,after handing over the cash they told me before we hand, the keys over I would need to go to the companys bank to check the money to see if it was legal,at this point was so tired I just went along with it as I was traveling back to Glasgow ,to me the salesman was so unproffesional he told me he had just come from iran, another point is there showroom it looks very dirty (an old broken down yard),at the back I noticed a 2 yr old bmw with its engine out in bits this says it all,having had my car for 1 week I noticed I had a water leak ,Vauxhall said I don't have a warranty for the car because of a missed service ,I now have a 7 hour labour charge on my hands which I have to pay my self,please please guys don't waste your time with this company ,I wish I had gone down to car giant down the road.

These car dealers are the best there is absolutely nothing bad to say about car city ive met the worst of car dealers in my 8 years of driving.

Service at Car city is very good I couldn't ask for a better service, They are very very helpful.

They give you very good advice and last of all they are very reasonable with the prices aswell. I|f they don't have a car you want on site they will look on the internet for you and make sure you get the right car that suits you.

Called city cars early at 9:15am in regards to a car I saw on their website,by 4pm I had arrived at city cars the sales adviser was good,by 5pm I had my keys for my new car and was ready to take my new car.would recommend this dealer,this is my second car I have purchased from city cars and I've had no problems with this dealer,neither any problems with my car.
