Had a problem with my xtreme patriot 105 airbrush and so contacted Airbrush warehouse to see if they had parts for me to fix myself. Though repairs weren't even part of their service they kindly offered to do it for me, for very little charge. All interactions were super quick and friendly, and staff were super knowledgeable. Couldnt recommend them highly enough!

I wanted to buy my husband an airbrush kit for Christmas, but there was so much conflicting information and a myriad of different types on the internet. Then I came across Airbrush Warehouse and I decided to give them a ring, to see if they could help me work out what I needed and would suit the purposes my husband would use it for. Well, my phone call was promptly answered by the most loveliest and friendly lady who knew exactly whom I should speak to. I was passed onto a lovely man and he was an absolute gentleman and knew about all his products inside and out. He listened to me explain what I was looking for and he told me which product would suit the purposes for which it would be used for. He did not try to up-sell me or talk in technical language that I would never have understood. The lovely gentleman explained about the product, what it could be used for, country of origin, the quality of the product and how to set it up. He was most patient as I asked all my questions. My order turned up very quickly. When I opened the package to check my order, it was then that I saw the extra love, care and attention of this company continue. The lovely gentleman had hand written a note explaining how to set up the airbrush equipment in case I forgot what he told me on the phone. He also included a couple of extra little things (at no cost to me), out of his own generosity and kindness, that would be helpful to the use of the airbrush. The handwritten note was in a beautiful old fashioned script, that further exemplified the gentleman's value on customer service. When someone takes the time to hand write a note, to me, that shows me something about that person; as it is all too easy to type something on a computer and hit send.The help and the customer service that Airbrush Warehouse offers is exemplary. I absolutely would recommend this business to anyone who genuinely wants honest, good old fashioned service, without the pressure of being up-sold things you do not really need. Regards, MG

Thought it important to provide some feedback about a recent Internet purchase.

I recently purchased a compressor, couple of guns, hose, paint etc. purely as an Internet transaction. Having been using the Internet for purchases in the past, I had some reservations about a large purchase. Previous experience where I've encountered faults with a products, even with large computer retailers, have had such negative outcomes that I'd never purchase from them again.

This wasn't the case with the Airbrush Warehouse. I did unfortunately encounter a problem with the moisture filter. Airbrush Warehouse contacted me the next working day and arranged a replacement that same day. Within a couple of days, it was replaced. This was important as I was in the middle of a task and needed to get back on track.

I would highly recommend using the Airbrush Warehouse for any purchases over the Net you need. They're fast to respond and send goods and correct any hardware faults very quickly. That on top of their good prices, you really can't do any better.

Net businesses that offer this level of service should be encouraged and supported at any opportunity.
