Spoke to a guy from BestBuy on Friday called Simon. In a nutshell he managed to get my four "Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2" tyre's at the best rate I've seen on the net (£490), book the car in for next day (which was a Saturday) and get them fitted at my selected garage. Very Impressed A* Service!

New website is very clear and makes buying tyres very easy.

Called the number on the website to see if I was able to arrange and earlier fitting date than stated on the site, recieved a phone call back within half an hour, order was taken over the phone and I had the tyres fitted within two hours of first looking on the website.

Excellent service.

Ordered tyres with no fuss and was given a vague 'AM' time slot. Thought I'd better ring the fitting centre early that morning to confirm time and they said they hadn't received tyres and told me to call BBT. He gave the impression that this was very common with them. Tried to call them but no answer and eventually the phone lines were switched to message. No response to email. While I'm sure it'll get sorted, like everyone I did have to make arrangements to be available that day and will now have to schedule another day instead.

HAD ZERO PROBLEMS, ORDERED TYRES 4 DAYS BEFORE AND THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, GOT THEM FITTED AT MY LOCAL DEALER... VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

After reading what can only be described as negative reviews for this site I thought I would be the first to commend the service I recived.

After placing an internet order for two Uniroyal tyres I recived a phone call from the call centre to advise the tyres I had ordered were out of stock, when I ask why I was allowed to purchase tyres which were out of stock I was advised that Bestbuy order stock direct from manufactuer to make sure all customer are recieving fresh stock.

The lady advised me of two alternative tyres which they could supply (one being more expensive) to what I had paid for at the same cost.

As the tyres would not be ready at te centre until my requested fitting date I was advised the centre would call me upon delivery and without fail I was called by the centre.

Overall I had a good experence and would recommend this service to all.

Ordered 4 tyres two days in advance but when I drove to the tyre fitting depot (Malvern Tyres) they weren't there. Turns out the tyres were on a van and wouldn't arrive for another few hours.

Rang Best Buy Tyres and they simply didn't care, stating that they didn't guarentee delivery times, even though on their website you specify morning or afternoon delivery.

I won't be using this company again.

I tried to order a couple of tyres from these guys last week.

I placed my order online and selected a fitting centre. A few minutes later an email arrived to confirm the order and ask me to turn up at the location two days later.

When I arrived at the fitting centre, the tyres hadn't arrived and I was turned away.

We tried to call the company at 9.30am and got through to an answerphone that said their offices were currently closed! I called a number of times and got the same message.

Someone eventually called me back to say that they could not source the tyres and were going to refund my debit card, which would take a few days.

To cut a long story short - they take your money without checking their stock and when they do check stock, they don't let you know if it's arrived at your fitting centre or not...

I will not be buying anything from these guys again - seem like a really amateur outfit.

Good choice of tyres. No confirmation email so was left wondering if the order was accepted. Rang BBT prior to visiting the fitting centre and was told the tyres will be dilvered on time but they were not. Wasted 3 hours and had to ring 5 times to both BBT and the fitting centre for confirmation that tyres were delivered. In the future I would confirm with the fitting centre before turning up.

After years of ringing around tyre dealers to get quotes I think it is much easier to use the Bestbuytyre website and to be able to look at the range of tyres and prices available at your leisure. I will use them again

Website is goods and the prices are keen. Their list of dealer / fitters is vast. Problem is they simply take your money, then pass your order to a fitter - regardless of whether the fitter has the stock, or can get the stock.If a problem arises - then you cannot contact them on a weekend - so if you have some bald tyres, have turned up at a fitter, as planned, only to find the fitter does not have the tyres - then you are in serious trouble as you cannot get a refund and you potentially are left driving on illegal tyres over the weekend until you can get best buy tyres to contact you.
