Terrible Service
I bought a cage through this website, got refunded straight away, item on there website was described as a bolt in cage kit. Came already powder coated so I believed it was a full kit to bolt in. It wasn’t it was a weld together kit. Even the item photo showed it as a prefabricated cage. After talking to the company they sent me a link to the cage what was together admitting there mistake on the website. This cage was double the price. They offered a return discount but not for cages which is the thing I want. Avoid the company like the plague. Won’t even answer my calls now.

Avoid These Sham Artists
After 4 weeks and adding that I called to confirm stock availability. So after emails and calls I now feel they are fobbing me off!! Ordered a Helmet and Bag, the Helmet is sat upon the desk but they expected the bag the next day after I called! I instructed them via email if you cannot provide the bag by Friday 15th Dec then cancel the bag and send the Helmet!! Well here we are and yup no info for tracking or despatch for the helmet today so I can only assume you don’t have the helmet upon your desk and you’re just fobbing off your customers!!! Waste of space company. Oh and other companies have the bag “upon the shelf” but as you have the helmet stocked I thought I would purchase the bag with you too, well that was a mistake eh! Claim started so I can use a competitor and get it here for Xmas.
Finally got a response after asking for the helmet that’s sat upon his desk to be posted and cancel the bag! “ I've been off a fair few days this week with works Christmas party, then my kid's nativity plays at school, then a sick cat at the vet's! When it rains it pours I think they say.” But He had the time to post an Instagram video showing the delivery of the Helmets Friday 15th December!! Yet you still cannot follow basic instructions to cancel the bag and post the helmet!! Maybe I should make an appointment so I can spell out the basic instruction in person and maybe just maybe you might get it!! Nah your to much of a blagger to follow any instructions as given. Basically when I called and placed the order in November was it ever in stock? Definitely Not………Just a blagger.
My advice is not to waste any time with this company and its only registered owner who loves to tell stories! Look at more established companies who value their customers and assign GSM to the junk pile.

Dodge yourself a bullet and give this company a wide berth. Its been 2 months of evasion and not responding to email queries about my order and i have now given up.
GSM failed to fulfill my order which included Recaro seat rails. After placing my order in person at their premises on the 12th August, its taken nearly 2 months of not responding to emails and evasion about the whereabouts of my goods before they finally come out with a fabricated statement and accuse me of leaving with the item from their premises.
They owe me £186 pounds in unfulfilled goods which i now realise they never intended to honour. Despite multiple emails, a witness statement from a friend who was with me on the day of my appointment and no way to substantiate their claims this the end result.
Even before they eventually tricked me the customer service form this company was and has been the worst ive ever had to suffer through with weeks between communication from them, no tracking details given for your order and made to feel that you are at fault throughout the process.
It seems they only work part time and they don't answer their phone, its just a selection of different options for an answer machine.
GSM Performance are an absolute disgrace. Would have give 0 stars if it was possible and truly hope no one has to suffer through the same experience I've had with this business.
Dodge yourself a bullet and buy from a reputable business, they're not worth the headache or, in my case, being £100's out of pocket.

Woeful Service, Woeful Company, If Ordering Online Avoid.
Ordered a race seat from GSM and it arrived with no protective packaging, both damaged and clearly worn/used. Reached out to their customer service who offered me a 15% partial refund, I replied saying I would accept 20% although if they couldn't do that I would like to return the seat, the reply I got was "return the seat and we'll get it cleaned and used as our display seat". They won't collect the seat despite it being damaged, used and not as described. They expect me to return it at my own expense, using my own time for their misrepresentation of goods.
Paypal claim submitted, just pay a little more and get a proper service from somewhere else and avoid them like the plague.

Ordered bucket seats to receive them damaged with a knife mark down the top, when speaking directly to the company, they denied that happening at there shop. And will not pay for them to be sent back as I didn’t pay for insurance. Which these seats were damaged in house. Would not use again, very unhappy with there customer service staff, wasn’t polite or helpful. Avoid

After finding out that my ordered seats came from abroad not the uk , I received a text to say they would be arriving . Not leaving much time ( if I had know they were coming from abroad I would of ordered from else where ) . Well guess what ?? They didn’t turn up . Tracking number doesn’t work , spoke to them which said they would ring me back . No call back . Just to clarify the car was to be a wedding car . Thank you for ruining my friends wedding . We are know having to hire a car for them , which as I felt bad have agreed to pay half . False promises from them . Would I use them or recommend ?........... I think not . Customer services very poor .

My order took 3 MONTHS to arrive, despite many emails to say it was going to arrive sooner, and many more emails from myself chasing it up. I cannot tell you how much time I have wasted chasing this incompetent company, or how frustrating this has been. When the item eventually arrived, it was both damaged and incomplete. I would actively urge anyone not to use this company. Awful, awful, awful.

Shocking Service
I placed a order for seats and seat rails for my car. I was told will be a 10-15 day wait time. When it all finally arrived and trying to fit into my can I realised they had supplied the wrong seat rail. I called immediately hoping to have a resolution ASAP I was told to email the pictures and they they will start a replacement to be sent out.
I was told the old seat rail must be collected first and what day I’m available for collecting. I told them I was available immediately as this needed to be sorted ASAP as I’ve taken time off work to sort this and now it looks like it won’t be sorted.
I called on Monday they arranged collection on Wednesday and posted new item to me on Thursday after telling me they will post of a 24hr service they decided to post a 48hr service meaning I won’t receive my replacement rail until following Monday
So a whole week to get a replacement part which was wrong because of them in the first place. No effort was made to try speed the service up. I’m amazed how poor the after sales experience was. They were quick to take my money but when it comes to fixing a problem they created then they were slow to react and quite frankly got the feeling the didn’t give #### about my problem
I won’t recommend this company and I won’t be returning either

I booked in to vue a number of seats, unfortunately I arrived late but GSM still accommodated me whilst having other customers in the store. After a staff member gave me all the information I needed, I was left to browse on my own. Once I was happy with my choice I again spoke to the staff member and made the sale. I took the pair of seats with me there and then, the staff member also helped take a seat to the car.
Great customer service, the staff were always on hand to give any information and overall made it feel like a personal experience. I will no doubt be making another purchase from the store as they also have very competitive prices.

Poor Post Sale Customer Service/relations
I ordered a Kirkey Drag seat over the phone and agreed to pick up from their premises. When I arrived the customer service was excellent and they really looked after us. As I took the seat out the box it looked different to the one I already had in my race car at home. As it was a long journey I assumed it was my mind playing tricks on me so took the seat. We picked the seat up from them as we were visiting family in nearby Lincoln.
After a great time with family we returned home when I discovered the seat was indeed different in design and size to my current one I wanted to match as a passenger seat in my car.
I contacted the company to arrange an exchange (not a refund) as I had ordered the wrong seat/size. I got told via email that my invoice date was over 14 days ago (was on holiday) so they wouldn't exchange and even if it was pre 14 days I would pay a fee as it was a special order seat. It isn't, it's a listed item on their website!
In summary, they like you when you spend money with them, but there was no customer service or gesture of goodwill to help a customer out when they made a mistake. Was not looking for a refund, jus an exchange.
There are similar reviews online regarding post sales experience. My advice is to avoid them, a little customer service/understanding people make a mistake goes a long way and results in repeat purchases and recommendation to others, you won't get any of these two from me now
