This was a couple of years ago now, but this company have popped up again in adverts and thought I'd share my experience!

I purchased a D16Z6 engine for my civic eg. What came was clearly not a D16Z6, but another d series Honda engine, with the code ground off!

After much arguing they agreed to have the engine collected and either give me a refund / replacement. This seems to be a common tactic of this company to send the wrong engine.

After months of phone calls etc my bank finally decided enough was enough and refunded me themselves. I was lucky! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have since been on watchdog for being a rogue trader! You have been warned!

i gave these gansters £1600+vat fir an automatic gearbox that never arrived after numberous excuses i got a debt colletion agency onto them still never got my money back by the way they will not accept credit cards only bk transfer i shiuld have smelt a rat but when you need your van fir work your not thinking straight

please dint touch these ppl with a 12ft barge pole they are proffesinal gangsters

I WRITE FOR A FRIEND WHO WAS SO INTIMIDATED TO DO THIS! SHAMEFUL EMBARRASSING INDIVIDUALS RUNNING A BOGUS COMPANY THAT OFFER ABSOLUETELY EVERYTHING FOR LOADS OF CASH (They cant take cards so that shows you their credit rating!) - WATCHDOG HAS PROVED ALL. YOU PAY THEM £2000 & THEY GO DOWN THE PUB! THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP WITH ALL THE OTHERS WHO RUIN PEOPLES LIVES! 10yrs PLUS FOR ME!

Vauxhall 2.0 recon engine replaced with a higher mileage, worse condition, uncleaned, oil & filter not changed, damaged manifold & engine bay paint & bonnet catch! Blowing exhaust & NO POWER OF TURBO!

Qualview Ltd, Ideal Engines, Ideal Engines and gearboxes.... Replacement Engines is same company is but changed name to continue their business.They take your money and you wont have anything in return apart from shoddy salesmen who will make your life a misery. I featured on watchdogs rouge traders , I got 8months of pure hell dealing with this company . I liked nothing about dealing with this company !! STAY AWAY I STRONGLY SUGGEST!!!!

there is little the law will do to help you if you use this company as I have found !! I would have liked to know what I know now about purchasing the engine and what this review is about.

I am mark Jenner I featured on bbc watchdog about this company they do not trade under the same laws and use there distance to rip people off by supplying unfit engines and real bad service . It took me 8months of chacing and hounding and after two engines they insisted the car went to them to sort . Which they took and age to sort and then come up with a false story of a bolt being in the engine and if they did not get £1000 in a week they would sell my car.

I would like a clear outset of how they are going to refund me as yet still a year gone no car because of them !!

They promise to supply and fit reconditioned engines but what you actually get is old engines that are bought from a scrapyard that are knackered, if you try to get your money back they refuse, they only deal in cash, what good professional business doesn't have a card machine these days, the answer to that is none because they have nothing to hide and not deceitful like these are, if a dealer only deals in cash that should set alarm bells ringing straight away, you stand no chance of a refund or a decent engine being fitted, they were on BBC1 Watchdog tonight the 29th of October,worth a look....STEER WELL CLEAR OF THEM.

I've bought an engine in May 2013 - I never got the engine nor my refund! (I cancelled the order as I couldn't wait any longer, but there is no such option in the delivery selection box further down)

I've got a CCJ, contacted trading stanards, radio stations and TV.

I've just been on BBC Warchdog this week. Please watch it and see for youself.

Do NOT believe any positive reviews!

Be very careful as they are trading under different names (Replacement Engines, Qualview ltd to name a few). 

I have still not received my refund and will continue to make sure everyone knows about them!

Saw BBC Watchdog and astounded that after being shown that people were given replacement engines which are scrap engines by thiscompany are still trading.

PLEASE, FOR THE SAKE OR YOUR FAMILY, HEALTH AND INDEED YOUR CASH, AVOID.

DO NOT USE THEM. They have set up over 8 companeys that the money goes into and when people start legal stuff they shut the company and start putting the money into another. You don't get an engine or gearbox DO NOT USE THE IDEAL ENGINES

£720,000 owed back to customers

DONT USE THEM YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN
