Dismal Tech Support, Lousy Web Site, Poor Customer Service
I ordered three parts from JC Whitney. Brake pads, Rotors and Hubs for a 2010 Golf. The web site selects parts that fit your car after entering the year , Make and Model. I had some questions about the hub and spoke to their Tech Support and was advised which part would fit. When I received these items NONE of them were the correct fit for my car. Using their chat service, I got NO help as to why these parts were wrong but told to expect a RM number within two days. Why two days? Three days later, I hadn't received a RM and contacted them via chat, he told me he would expedite. Still nothing. I received an email asking some technical specifications of my Rotor dimensions. After a week, I called and spoke to someone and explained the situation AGAIN, she finally issued a RM number and I returned the parts at a cost of $35 to me.
This company has a Web site that misleads you into buying incorrect parts, Tech support was incorrect and the customer is left paying for their mistakes. I would NEVER order anything from JC Whitney. This company has NO IDEA how to treat a customer respectfully.

Customer service is non existent. Website would not work, had to resort to a sales rep on the phone. Corrected this sales rep about shipping address at LEAST 5 times during the call and they still got it wrong. Customer service amounted to jcwhitney company telling me how to correct it myself. I will never use this company again.

The site was quite helpful... The interface was easy to navigate, they offered reasonable prices too. Some of the parts they claim to have are out of stock, though... I had to call the sales rep when I couldn't get to the end of the check out process.

Purchased Radiator Hose On This Site. Since Their
Purchased radiator hose on this site. Since their website is quite user-friendly, I didn't bother to call up their live help. After 2 weeks (they promised to deliver it for up in a week) I have not yet received my order. I called them up and turns out that my order is still pending and they didn't even bother to inform me. What's worst was that they already credited my car for my order!

Jc Whitney Offers Poor Service As Compared To The
JC Whitney offers poor service as compared to the other online auto parts retailers I have visited previously. I was looking to purchase some seat cushions online, but I decided to call the toll-free number indicated on their website instead. The representative who took my call was no help at all, and sounded disinterested, and was even a little bit rude. After a short while, I got irritated and went back online to just purchase the product from there. It's been over a month, and I'm still waiting for the product.
