Ordered some parts for my Renault megane sport 225 at the end of August 2015.

Had no estimated time of delivery sent to my email address so I assumed it would be with me with me in at least 1-2 weeks.

I'm a laid back guy so after 3 weeks a gave them a quick call and spoke to someone in the workshop.

He had a bit of an attitude and liked to talk over me alot when I asked for a rough estimation on the delivery so I could get the repairs done by myself when the parts arrived.

He said abruptly they should be with you in a few days.

Another 2 weeks went passed so I called them again, this time I said I need to know a date as my mot is now up (being the end of September, one month since I ordered the parts) and I cannot have these parts fitted as I need them soon to have the car mot.

Again, spoke to me like rubbish and mentioned that it's not their fault the parts haven't yet arrived...

Left it another 3 ish weeks ( now 2 months sinced I placed the order ) and called them again, still being fobbed off that its not their fault, there's nothing they can do so I asked for a complete refund.

Took 2 days for the refund to come through, I googled Renault parts and found a company called Renault parts direct, placed an order and had the wishbone, tie rod end and 2 ball joints within 3days.

Avoid ktec racing at all costs, they haven't got a clue what they are doing, they talk to you like idiots, never accept responsibility, other places sell the parts cheaper and get them to you quicker

The worst car company I have ever dealt with in 40 years of being in the motor trade.

Parts delivered quickly as promised. Good communication and product knowledge, will definately use again. Their reputation is well deserved!

I ordered some parts from K Tec at lunchtime and they dispatched the order the same day. I got my delivery the following day.

I had some trouble fitting one of the parts but they helped me out over the phone.

The prices was much cheaper than the other sites i found. Especially when you take the delivery cost into account.
