Don't buy from them !! : I ordered a part through their sales advisor. They delivered the wrong part and won't accept a return/refund/exchange. They handle their 'returns' through Whatsapp , says it all really. They are just out to take your money, you have been warned.

I JUST RECEIVED VARIOUS QUOTES FOR A PART REQUEST. I DEDICED TO PAY £ 108.00 FOR THE PART REQUIRED, WHICH I DID THROUGH PAYPAL. UPON PAYMENT, I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAD TAKEN A PAYMENT FOR ANOTHER QUOTE I HAD RECEIVED FOR £ 134.95. I CLEARLY MADE THE PAYMENT FROM THE QUOTE I HAD RECEIVED FOR £ 108.00, SO SOMETHING IS AMISS IN MY OPINION.

Just following trend of previous reviews really. In my experience they have been fantastic. I own a Saab and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find replacement parts. When i need something,i go to them, enter parts required and leave the rest to them. They tout the six U.K. SAAB breakers, and if the part is obtainable, you start getting quotes from the breakers. Then you just choose whichever you want.This cuts out a lot of time and trouble and is very helpful. I have dealt with them on numerous occasions, and will continue to do so.

After enquiring about a headlamp for a Vauxhall, I received some responses. I don't have much of a problem with this, however a few weeks later I began receiving spam emails to the contact address that I had provided to PartsGateway. I had NOT used these details on any other site (I gave a false name) so it is clear that they had either provided my data to a disreputable third party or their website database had been hacked and my details stolen. Many others have apparently had the same issue, as several people had posted similar complaints on Twitter and their Facebook page.

They refused to enter into any discussion via their online 'contact us' feature, their twitter account, or via their Facebook page. So my advice is AVOID unless you want your details ripped off and used to spam you.

bought a zafira f17 gearbox from amazon spares at hull, the part arrived in good time and had been cleaned prior to despatch, fitted the gearbox without a hitch on the part of the box just the usual problems with clutch etc, and as of writting all looks and sounds very good even the thrust bearing is silent and a new one one was not needed; that saved in excess of £80, so in conclusion the parts gateway is an option i will use again

Had no problems buying a space saver wheel for my Mazda. Made an offer to Recycled car spares after receiving their quote. Offer was accepted and wheel arrived a couple days later. Had to contact supplier with a question. Was dealt with efficiently and politely. Very good all round service.

Highly recommended, part arrived pre 10am next day once sent, great communications and quick responses to my questions too. Happy to deal with them for anything else in the future and recommend them to any of my friends or contacts. Everything was spot on.
