I first purchased from Roughtrax when I acquired my Toyota Surf 5 Years Ago,I was recommended them from a friend.Right from the very beginning of my journey with my "Import" vehicle,i have had fantastic service.If any of you are reading this & considering an import,go for it! Very often Ive had friends & colleagues waiting for parts for other makes in their local garage when mine arrive the next day! I have carried out many upgrades to the vehicle and I've always been very pleased with the quality of the various parts I've purchased from them.When my Surf Dies,I will be purchasing a Toyota land cruiser ,so I will definitely be continuing my journey with Roughtrax .

i really like Rough Trax's on-line website, the way that when you enter your car details it only shows you the parts for your car only, making finding the right part easy, it also tells you if the part you are looking for is in stock or not.

I also found their delivery service to be very good,everything that i have ever orderd has always turned up on the correct day and within the time slots given.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Rough Trax to anyone looking for good quality parts,at reasonable prices topped with good customer service.

Failed MOT, but saved well over £100 by buying here, was back at the centre in two days with parts fitted........ passed!

Excellent service and prices are excellent, but more so, try and get some of these parts through your local factors.... impossible

Now off to order a set of rear springs and compressing tool much cheaper than I could get even the springs at Wilco

Great new website allows you to save your vehicle and only displays parts that are relevant. Very easy to navigate around as well. I have ordered many time from them and have never been disappointed.

Faultless service from Rough Trax, the web site is good and the products are well described and listed. Ordering is easy, delivery is excellent.

They also sell good quality products that have been selected for quality rather than cheapness. The radiator and steering rack bushes I ordered are not just cheap copies of the original parts but genuine improvements in design over the originals.
