Great Value And Quality Car Mats
Ordered a set of mats for my Mercedes B-class on Tuesday and they arrived Friday, fantastic quality and service, they fitted very well even onto the securing studs on the floor of the car! Highly recommended!!

Avoid This Company. Take Orders And Payment Then Ignore
Avoid this company.
They take your money for orders and do not send the goods. I ordered and paid for the item on 03/07/14 luckily via paypal.
When you call them they say they can't find the order yet still refuse to issue refund or send item.
I have emailed them on numerous occasions and used the 'contact us' on their own page without a response.
Customer care severely lacking with this company.
They promised to look into my order last Wednesday (09/07/14) as the order number did not exist on there system and call back...still waiting.
Paypal informed but again they have ignored them so case has been escalated.

I have two five year olds Broke two within 8 hours of giving them there pressents from Las Vegas. tried to call numbers not working. Dont buy these.
I'm not sure what you bought as they are based in the UK and sell stuff car cars?

Berlingo Wing Mirror Glass
Delivered wrong mirror glass after informing them of dimensions and pictures. Very poor customer service, very poor replying to emails. No refund from company until I chased them via PayPal. In this day and age you don't expect poor customer service

I ordered some glass for my wing mirror from here as I was having trouble getting the right size for my car. As you have to enter your registration number for them to check, I presumed I'd get the right sized glass. Wrong. I emailed twice, no response. So I rang and spoke to a very nice man Mike or Mick, I think he was called. He told me to post the glass back and said it would be refunded to my card, to put a letter in with the details of my order, which I did. Really? Well I'm still waiting and I posted it back to them two weeks ago. I still haven't had a response to either of my emails. It looks like I'm going to have to chase them with another phone call. When I rang before Mike/Mick originally he said I probably hadn't had a response because of the hundreds of emails in the inbox?! I have never bought from an online retailer with such bad service. I'm not one to complain normally, but I definitely won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Order Thule 3 Bike Towbar Mount Free 4th Bike Adaptor
One of the cheaper sites around. Although slightly delayed in their delivery their customer service was excellent when I emailed and called to query my order status. Called me back regarding courier status, which was delayed due to recent snow fall. Courier company failed to deliver first time as nobody at home, but called me to arrange delivery second time.
Would use again and recommended.

Nissan Car Mats, When And Why Red Is Black!
Ordered a set of Nissan Juke interior mats from this company and using the selection procedure on the site specified that they should be RED. The mats were delivered in a very speedy manner but the set delivered were BLACK. I have repeatedly sent e-mails to a [name removed],supposedly an service manager, trying to get this matter sorted, but have had no reply. This has been going on now for nearly a week and I have still had no further contact from the company. In desperation I have now tried contacting them via telephone but cannot seem to get anybody to answer.
I am very angry about the total lack of customer service I have received from this company and will not be using them again and furthermore I will be trying to ensure that anyone I know will not be treated in a similar manner

Honda Replacement Wing Mirror Glass
Excellent service ordered on 17 January arrive within 4 days despite the appalling weather. Well packed and price very competitive I would certainly use this company again

I ordered a thule bike carrier on tue 25 dec Christmas Day and to my surprise received it on 28 dec exellent service but unfortunately there were parts missing no fault of toys 4 cars so after the holidays I got in touch with toys 4 cars and explained what parts were missing kindly the gentleman couldn't apolergise enough and assured me he would get the parts sent out right away the following morning the parts turned up first class delivery can't fault them exellent service thank you very much toys 4 cars
