This place has great prices and quick shipping. On the down side their customer service is combative and unresponsive. I placed an order and something went wrong with the shipping. My order ended up at a post office four states away, (according to the USPS tracking). When I contacted them about it they claimed that it had been delivered and has refused to respond since.

Us this place at your own risk. It's not a good value if you don't get your parts.

And whomever is their customer service representative should consider some other occupation.

About a month ago, I was looking for transmission parts for my car. I first was using another company and didn't feel the pricing was honest, nor did I feel any sense of help from employees. But then I found Transmission Parts USA! They were responsive, very helpful, and I received my items in only TWO days. As soon as I placed my order, and as soon as it was shipped, I received email confirmation. This company really knows what they are doing, and it is very clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The products are high quality, and you can't beat the prices. Don't waste your time with any other company- Transmission Parts USA is the place to shop for your transmission parts.

I listed a shipping address and billing address, both were different. They shipped the items to my billing address not to the shipping address. These locations happen to be 2000 miles apart and they can not help me until the item is sent back to them. Thanks let me get on a plane and do that right away.

I did think this was a good company until now.

I purchased many items from this company and have never had any problems. They helped to answer my questions as best possible. I would recommend them for anyone who wants the best pricing and customer service around! My A500 is now running the way it should be! Thanks again...great company!

I ordered a harness from this company and it came very quick, however it was not the harness that I ordered. It was the wrong year. I called their number and a very rude man answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that my part was non returnable due to the fact that I had opened the plastic it was in when I recieved it. I finally talked him into letting me return it and him inspecting it to see if it was used. Two weeks later, after no communication from the company, I call. The same man answers and tells me that he recieved my part but would not send me the right part due to me not returning the plastic it was wrapped in, yet again with the plastic. Then he tells me he isnt even going to send me my part back, eventually I get his manager to send me the right part. I will never do buisness with this company again, neither would I recommend them to anyone.

I've been using Transmission Parts USA for several years. I've rebuilt transmissions using their parts and find their prices great and their customer service excellent. If I have a question they are quick to respond and help me so I make sure and not order the wrong part. I'd suggest if your unsure to ask questions before placing an order, don't just assume. I've also called them on the phone. I'd highly recommend them if you want quality parts.

They sent the wrong pump to me and then are trying to say that its the right pump they are also in complete disagreement with a book that they also sell, I would not recommend!

Ordered and received part in 4 days from transmission parts USA, was expecting 2 weeks. Part is the solenoid pack for A604 transaxel, worked as stated. No problem.

bought an air cooled oil pan...per the Transmission Parts USA site, it will fit.....i have tried everything, i cannot get it to fit....i have talked to dealerships as well as transmission shops and mechanics...they have advised that this pan will not fit....i think the company are very poor at answering emails...they say they do answer them...but i have yet to receive a reply from them.......even made sure i sent my email again..so far no answer yet.... i had hoped to have my truck ready for the national rod association here in louisville this weekend.....
