Constant Misleading
On 20/10 I order tyres for next day dispatch: They took my money but didn't send.
I then cancelled the order which they accepted and would refund: They then sent the order which I had already placed elsewhere.
I was told the order would be picked up: They didn't. I wasted 3 separate days where they said they would pick up.
I was told they would not consider refund unless they picked up goods.
on 9/1/23 without prior notification courier called to pick up. Fortunately my wife was home and goods were returned.
22/1/23: Goods still not refunded despite them having had tyres in their possession for nearly 2 weeks.
I have a funny feeling I've seen the last of my £195.

I have paid more than 1000 £ for 4 alloy wheels and 4 tires. Those products arrived 2 weeks later to me instead of 2-3 days that web site mentioned. When I finally received the products I realised that the tires' code was completelydifferent from what I was supposed to have. I have discussed the issue with customer support a
and I have provided photos from the tires I have received and also from my original tire that based on that I was supposed to be receiving those new tires but customer service said to me because in the order was mentioned the code of the tires that they have send over to me pretty much they closed the case and not any solution to the problem given further.I felt very disappointed about how the case has been delt over all as my job has not be done at all and literally throwing more than 1.000£ out of the window having those incompatible wheels/tires stuck with me not knowing what to do with zero customer support for something for an alternative solution at least especially that the amount of money was that high. So If I were you I would be really careful with that if I had to consider again something doing like that in the future with tis company

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They fail to deliver your complete order, and then they fail even bigger when it’s comes to customer service! God help you when you have to deal with DIRE person I dealt with the complete waste of space with an extremely bad AND sarcastic MOUTH the couldn’t careless attitude is about his only talent!As for dealing with the replacement order for the first one they failed on they are not interested, they tell you to wait 24 hrs for the tracking number.. you wait 24 hrs.. guess what no tracking number... they then tell you to carry on waiting and the 24hrs they told you before means nothing! Pointless infact.. there’s no urgency or trying to rectify the fact they have messed the customer about once already... no let’s just continue along the same path of just taking a customers money and not delivering what they paid .... please for the love of god don’t ever use this company! If it’s goes wrong you will regret it. The person I dealt with needs sacking sending somewhere to break rocks!thats if he’s capable of that, the company business needs to close! Way better websites than these people! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered tyres Wednesday 13/11/19. Delivered in Dorset - South UK by Parcel Force Monday 18/11/19 - 3 Working days. Order stated up to 5 working days.
Tyres are 5 and 6 months old according to manufacturers stamps. Ive read that up to 2 years is acceptable.
I did not talk to customer service, so I cannot rate it.
I would have liked some form of email to say my order had been shipped, so 4 stars for the website.
Price. They were the cheapest. Easily.
Had read horror stories on here after I ordered and was very concerned. I have had to revise my opinion. Well done.

Don't Use Them If You Need Tyres More Than Excuses
The only good thing about this company is that customer service responds reasonable quickly.
Placed an order with them on 27 May to be delivered "in 3-5 working days". Today is the 11th of June - they have had my money for 2 weeks - and only now I received a refund for tyres that never arrived despite numerous attempts to chase and stories about how they will arrive 'tomorrow'.
In the meantime they sent me two tyres out of four (with the one that was not the one I bought, and all covered in rusty dust).
If you do need your tyres, this is no the place to buy from.

I was waiting 15 days for the wheels with tyres. They took the money from my account. When contacted after a week of waiting they told me that wheels will be shipped next day. When asked for delivery tracking number I received nothing. I called them today (after 15 days of waiting) they told me that they don't have the wheels in stock I will get refund. I asked them to proceed with the refund today and heard another excuse that nobody from accountant working today. I made official request for the refund and nobody from the staff members contacted me. I don't believe the fact that company that have over 8M tyres in stock have not even one person to complete the refund.
Stay away from them as they are great to take your money and have no intention to let you even know that items you bought will not be shipped.

Never a problem, fast delivery, unbeatable price, and availability.
Maybe some of the bad reviews is due to the the buyers mistakes when ordering.

Appalling Company -don't Use Them
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Ordered 4 Uniroyal tyres . One of them had a large manufacturing defect on the inside of the tyre causing a large bulge inthe sidewall when inflated .
Contacted Pneus Online expecting to be offered a replacement ASAP but was told I had to provide a written appraisal of the defect from a professional source plus photographs of the defect. They say they will then have to send it back to the manufacturer for appraisal anyway which will take 6-8 weeks.
They won't provide a replcement in the meantime so I am left having to source another tyre from somewhere else.
I have been in the motor trade for 40 years and generally if a part is supplied which is obviously defective , as this tyre is , then a speedy replacement is offered and the offending part is returned for inspection.
I would be interested to know how many dangerously defective tyres this company sends out because it seems unlikely to me that most people would bother to go to the lengths that they require for a £35 tyre.
It effectively gives them carte blanche to send out as many defective tyres as they like in the knowledge that they probably won't get many back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Not Interested In Resolving Disputes
Purchased tyres because I was impressed they had a B rating for wet grip. Turns out the tyres were dangerous in wet conditions. Company will not make a refund. Poor quality item and poor quality of customer service

The tyres you have ordered are budget tyres and their quality cannot be compared with premium tyres, even if the tyre label may be the same. In your case, a Maxtrek tyre cannot have the same quality with a Michelin or Bridgestone tyre, although the ratings are the same. The rating system is applied depending on the type of the tyre (Premium, Quality or Budget).
Furthermore, we have offered to collect the tyre and send it to the manufacturer for expertise, however you have refused to follow this procedure.
Consequently, due to the lack of your cooperation, the situation could not be resolved.

Delivered The Wrong Tyres
Ordered 4 tyres but they delivered the wrong tyres. The tyres they delivered were cheaper so I asked for a refund on the difference in price. They refused but said they would send a courier to collect the tyres and after 48 hours I would get a refund. I could then re-order the tyres they had already delivered at the lower price! Said their systems don't allow them to make a partial refund but they seem quite happy to put the customer through a lot of inconvenience.
Their call centre is overseas in Europe in future I will stick with a UK based Company

Why is it that Tyres Pneus Online only has a telephone line for contact, I have tried calling this number, unfortunately most off my credit was swallowed up and it was not in English.
Is there a problem with this company?
