They do not answer multiple emails begging for help with their product. Worst customer service to simply not answer. When my MB2 did work, it was great. However, it no longer works and I get NO RESPONSE from them.

Bought an MB-4 for my Mercedes from ViseeO Store, received within 24 hours. Plugged in and setup within 2 minutes, works perfectly. Exactly as described and much better than the more expensive Mercedes equivalent. Would recommend to any Mercedes driver

I was impressed with the prompt service and great product. My Tune2Air was delivered to Vancouver, Canada in 9 days (which is extraordinary, considering delivery was free!) and the product was working exactly as advertised in my Audi Q5 within 1 minute. Not only that, it looks great and seems well made. Overall very satisfied with the ViseeO experience!

My car porved to be between years for when the phone connection adaptor changed in the e-class. After the first unit sent ot me proved to be wrong one for my car, the guys worked hard to identify the right unit, after exchanging a few photos of my cars phone connection, the right unit was delivered very quickly and I plugged it in and played instantly. Thank you so much for help and for a great product.

Ordered the MB-4 at 1300 hrs. & arrived house the next day. My shipping details were to deliver to my office, however.....). Fitting to UHI connector was a little awkward as the UHI release button is on the LHS of the MB-4, which on a CLS is very close to the compartment wall.Used a knife blade to press "in" the button.

The unit paired to my phone with no problem.

All working, & connected to comand very well. Default Microphone volume was found to be satisfactory.

Dislikes: none. If it had been something that was on display I would have wanted something with a better quality case. However, shut away in a compartment...no problem.

Purchased a ViseeO MB4 which got delivered no problem.

Had some initial problems which I contacted ViseeO about. Very helpful guy called Calum was very helpful and responsive. After a few tests he suggested to return it for replacement.

I posted the MB4 on Monday... and on WEDNESDAY I had a brand new one on my door step.

Great product knowledge and great communications throughout end to end experience.

Ordered MB4 on-line and received it the next morning. Tried to mate iPhone 4S with the unit (via bluetooth) but it could not find it. E-mailed the details of the problem and got an immediate response from Calum offering advice on possible issues. Tried a few things out and gave feedback and on every occasion I got an almost immediate response, offering appropriate advice. In the end Calum suggested I return the unit and he would test a replacement unit with a similar iPhone before sending it. I got a replacement again the following day and it worked perfectly straight from the box. Very pleased with MB4 and have experienced first class customer support.

Goods ordered online from the clear, simple website, and electronic confirmation and order status update received quickly.

The goods were delivered the following day (despite not being ordered until after 11am the previous day), and were exactly what I wanted. It was extremely straightforward to install and worked perfectly, immediately.

I am from Portugal, and i bought the MB-4 by internet. The process has normal, and the delivery time was short (about 4 days).

When i connected the MB-4 to my 2004 MB CLK i realize that everything works great except the comunication. The other person could not understand nothing of what i was saying.

I have send an e-mail reporting the problem and in the same day my question passed to analysis. The problem were in my car because it is from the first units with UHI connector and the system works with a single mic, not with an array mic.

Then the ViseeO team modified a MB-4 unit to fit in my car parameters and now the system is working perfectly. For sure the best after sale service i have ever had. Great dealer, i will definetly recommend to all my friends.

I had used the MB-2 for a couple for years and found it to be an excellent product and great value for money. Having just upgraded to the MB-4 for some extra functionality, I can state what a marvelous product this is too, superb interface and so easy to install.

I must confess that I did have a failed attempt after purchasing one initially through a well known online retailer, it was faulty so needed to be returned.

Then I realised that Viseeo actually has their own on-line store, so it was a no-brainer! I bought one directly from them. It was cheaper too!

Calum from the Viseeo store offered excellent advice and was very prompt in responding to a barrage of inquisitive e-mails from me. The MB-4 arrived less than 24hours after ordering and it was very well packed. I fitted it and it was operational literally within 10 minutes of receipt. It is so easy to install & use.

If you want a Bluetooth kit for your Mercedes, get this. If you want it hassle free, then order it directly from the Viseeo store. You will not get the support and customer service that they offer anywhere else as far as I am concerned. Any questions - e-mail them, but just about everything you need to know is on their web-site.
