Worst Company
The first time he sent me a malfunctioning headlight module. he will ask me to put the non-functioning module in water and take pictures of the evidence that I destroyed it. After I did what he asked, he sent me a second module which also doesn't work. He will ask to do the same as the first time and send photos as proof and will make a refund.
After I sent the photos on 24 March, on the next day 25 March I emailed and asked is the pictures ok to get refund, he do not reply, on the next day 26 March I did same, but he do not reply again. Next day 27 March I call to PayPal and open case.
When I open the case, seller asks to return both items if I want to get refund, he asking to return items which was destroyed by he's request. Terrible service highly do not recommend buy from them I spend 5 months to dealing with them and still can't get money back, because PayPal asking provide return tracking for items.

This "company" Is A Scam
The worst experience ever. No contact via mail, no telephone number, no address. I purchased an item... and nothing happened, no response from the seller. Thankfully PayPal returned my money after my claim

Bad Service
Bought LUMRO HIR2 9012 Super White Headlight Bulbs 55W and tried them on the motorway where I could hardly see nothing. Luckily I got to my destination safely. I do not recommend buying any bulbs/lights from xenons4u because they're selling low-quality products which are not road legal. Avoid and use professionals like Euro Car Parts or Halfords

Very Poor Service
Nightmare to deal with my wife recently had the misfortune of dealing with these people. Ordered bulbs which were sent out lose in an envelope and of course they were broken. These people are very arrogant and insult you if you dare to complain . Wish I had read all these negative reviews before I dealt with them.

I purchased a control unit for my e-class as the price was good and the part was available quickly. The first one arrived however it didn't work. I sent it back and then had to chase them daily by email as there is no phone number........I now know why..!
They allegedly sent the replacement which never arrived. All they told me to do was claim off of Royal Mail. I explained that the consumer rights act stated that my recourse was with them, at this point they emailed back saying that I was harassing them and no more communication would take place..........
I contacted PayPal and they have refunded me, however this crowd are still trying to get the money from me for a part I never received.
Buy at your peril.

An Absolute Disgrace Of A Company
I ordered 2 xenon bulbs totalling over £150, the website confirmed that they were in stock, I paid extra to get next day delivery.
I completed the order on line and stated a different delivery address.
Next day they emailed saying I had not filled in the delivery address but I absolutely had. So I replied with delivery address again.
They then confirmed that my order had been despatched to the delivery address and I received an email confirming with an order number and despatch. Delivery by 1300 the next day Great? well errrrr no.........
Royal Mail delivered the next day, no parcel, I then went to chat on line with the company see if my bulbs had been sent by courier or Royal Mail, and they could not tell me on line, even though the day previously they could tell me everything on line?
I was rudely told to send an email with my order number, so I did and I was told that there had been a problem with my order and that only one was in stock and they were waiting for the other to be delivered? How can this be when I had received confirmation my order had been despatched the day previously.
The Company does not have a telephone, even though they attempt to put a telephone number on the order confirmation, when pushed they apologised when I mentioned this on the on line chat and said it was a mistake they do not take phone calls.
Conclusion
If I could give no stars I would.
The Company has appalling customer service, is untruthful and should be avoided at all costs, I got a refund after this experience and of course that takes days to appear in your account. so out of pocket
i went elsewhere, to power bulbs actually - first rate service

Great Products Honest Company
Used xeons4u for bright white angel eye bulbs for my car along with led rear numberplate bulbs, items delivered on time great quality.
Almost a year to the day later i had one of the rear led bulbs blow, contacted xeons4u and they had a replacement to me in days under warranty,
I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all future bulb purchases.
Beware!
Bought BMW 3series H8 LED replacements, they claim they do not activate the cars warning symbol, they do, so I sent them back for a refund.
Despite acknowledging they have them back and would refund that day, 4 days later I have had nothing and now they won't respond to my emails or answer the phone (I should have known better as it's only a mobile number).
Also look up the 'business address' it's a flat in Manchester!
Says it all really!!
