Basically every time you send me a catalogue with the offers I see my favourite bra on offer and the same day I get the catalogue I try to order my size it is out of stock this is a regular issue I am not impressed with your company

So I applied, got a credit limit of £125, ordered, recieved some of the goods I ordered, they refunded ones that OT LOST IN TRANSIT, complained, MADE A PAYMENT....NEXT THING, WITH £72 STILL AVAILABLE THEY TAKE AWAY ALL CREDIT ...WTF...WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.

This company is a disgrace. Non-existent customer service. When you try to contact them you receive an automated response informing you that they you are in a queue and you will be replied to in 48 hours. FAT CHANCE!!!!

You can email until you are blue in the face. All they care about is selling their tat and getting their money off you.

If you value your sanity, AVOID! There is plenty of competition out there who are selling better for less.

So pleased with this jacket. Lightweight, a decent length, no bulky padding and completely waterproof. Fabulous.

I ordered a gift for my wife. I received confirmation of the order and then nothing. I queried this by email and received a reply stating that I would get a reply. I then received a further email stating that they try to resolve issues within 24 hours. I gave it another week. I then brought up the email confirming my order and replied asking where my item was. I received a reply from my host saying that it was a "do not reply" address.

I then phoned (@ 10 per minute) and spent 3 minutes fighting my way through a robot to a queue for an adviser. Eventually someone answered the phone. I outlined the problem and was told that I would have to "go on hold". When the young lady came back on line she was pleased to confirm that the item was no longer available. The company saw no reason to let me know!
