Nude Bras

Where are the nude bras , this I would imagine is a popular colour yet there are only a couple and one is a boost and the other unsuitable. Why isn’t there a great range of nude bras out there . White is in abundance yet it does not look good under a tighter fitted top and shows through your clothes unlike nude bras.

Very Unorganised

I purchased an item online and when I received it they had sent me the wrong size, so I returned it via the free returns service, then I heard nothing

I had no contact or communication from the company for almost 3 and a half weeks then I emailed them, I heard back inside 24hrs which was good as they said the exchange had been processed and had been sent out that day, the next day however I received another email saying that a refund had been processed.

So I replied to this email saying that yesterday they told me I had got an exchange and today it's a refund, what is actually happening?

I got a reply within 5 minutes, and they told me sorry it was a refund, but here I am, 9 days later, still waiting on my refund, I have emailed them twice and I've had no word back... Really disappointed

Product Not Fit For Purpose

Purchased toy from Ann Summers going by their description what a let down , complained about item only to be answered by computer generated reply this is the worst distant selling company I have came across it is appalling the way you are treated in after sales customer service is nothing but computer generated emails I have left numerous emails they don't want to hear from you and you are never going to get a refund if I do eventually get a refund then I will remove this review Buyer beware if the item is not fit for purpose , complain but don't expect a refund you are stuck with a useless item and money wasted and they don't care

Horrible Shop And Service!

Horrible shop and a lame customer service. They charged me for the purchase, never delivered it and now they don't want to refund me. The customer service agents are not responsive and sleepy, 7 different people are sending me the same message, must be horrible mess there. I am awaiting for the refund for a month already. Don't buy from them! Just nightmare! Never got the delivery!

Great

For my first time buying at Ann Summers, I have to say I'm happy. I purchased a mystery bra for £5 and it was much nicer than the one I spent little more on. The items came within 3 days, and also came in discreet packaging. Would shop again.

Tacky Outfit

I purchased an outfit but it had numerous pulls on it. Plus they are more expensive than a lot of online shops, so I choose to go with shops like www.ukexcite.com from now on. Cheaper and never been let down.

Not Good At All!

Purchased a few items, Didn't receive them and still waiting, Contacted customer services 4 times now and they don't reply.

If I ever get my money back I will definatly never be buying from here again!

They Edited My Bad Review To Act In Their Favour

I ordered two items from them for valentines day this past as I wanted it to be a surprise I ordered larger sizes in case the smaller sizedidnit fit on the night. Both items were of cheap quality, one was said to be of lace but it was made of a hard scratchy fabric that hurt to wear and the straps broke off as I was putting them on. I had put no pressure of the strap except to pull it up and when I was dealing with that one, the one one broke off as well. The b,ack just did not fit at all, was of poor quality and was not like the item I had seen on the website.

Attempts to contact them failed and when they approached me to write a review, they told me it would take 48 hours to go online and changed all my ratings except the main one. They are a con and they know it, it's not fair and these people should be dealt with.

Refund Dodgers!!!

I purchased a top from ann summers.. shop was busy and i was unsure wether it would fit but bought on the promise i could REFUND or EXCHANGE within the returns policy (i think 28 days)get it home try it on.. it doesnt fit so i can take it back to a different store i looked round to see if there was anything else i liked as soon as the sales assitant noticed the bag she was following me around i did not see anything else so went to the till to ask for refund... she was extremly rude and explained they did not sell that item at the store and that i had been wearing it therefore she would not refund even thow it still had the tag on it!!! i had it on for 2 mins at most!! she then implied i had been wearing for a length of time (pretty obvious what she was implying considering wht they sell) and if i wasnt happy take it back to my original store! she embarrassed me in front of other customers and gave me no reason why 'it looked worn'.

i had four other items on the receipt... if i was wearing the items and returning them i would of done it to all four items. why have a returns policy if u wont honour it!!... disgusting service will not shop there again!!!

Took 3 Payments And Don't Answer Emails....thieves

I bought some items in the Ann Summers sale on 29th December 2011. I didn't know know I had bought these items though, I tried to process the sale 3x and the website kept telling me unsuccessful. Imagine my surprise when I checked my balance 2 days later and 3 payments had come out yet I had no confirmation emails. That same day the postman turned up with 3 parcels....I refused delivery of 2 of them as who needs 3 lots of those items???!!!!!!

Since discovering the theft of money I have called Ann Summers 3 times and each idiot has told me not to worry and that the money will be refunded when the items get back to them. I had one reply from an email asking for more details and then...shock horror....nothing. I have since emailed 5 times.

As yet I am awaiting a refund worth almost £80 for the payments and a reply to my email.

I will never buy a thing from them again. They are atrocious and thieves.
