Bought Some Shoes £79, Did Not Fit Returned Expect

Bought some shoes £79, did not fit returned expected 75.50p refund after postage deduction. Received £59.70 as they took off my refund a discount of 20%.Not sure why as I paid $£79 of my own money.

My issue is I paid £79 of my money, returned goods expected £75.50 back taking an additional £15.850p of my money away and not refunding it to me. Paid £79 got back £59.70, so returning cost me £19.30 not the £3.50 that it should have done.

That dodgy practise should be made very clear to everyone before ordering a product.

On query no detailed explanation just took away my money Appalling business practise lost a longstanding customer will never use again. AVOID

Alley Cats?

Having received a parcel of glasses which in fairness arrived swiftly, it was obvious it contained some broken glass. The initial response from their so-called Customer Service seemed positive and I was asked to submit a photo of the damaged item found inside the parcel, which I duly did. That was the last I ever had any response from them, despite sending several emails over several days. Clearly a department that seems to have little or maybe no real intention of offering any genuine service to its customers. Recent online customer reviews consistently reveal a vast majority of customers seeking help receive decidedly little …..over 220 giving 1 star review ratings in recent months.

.

My experience suggests to me I need to entirely avoid this company at all costs.

Postage Ridiculous!

You would think an online company would now realise especially when ordering shoes that paying for postage over a certain amount spent is bad customer service. No free returns to change size ... so every time it is £10 to reorder and then send back. COME ON.... get with it ... other good companies offer free postage when ordering over a certain limit AND free returns with shoes!!

Avoid This Company At All Cost

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I returned a jacket because it was too big and after several emails almost 2 months wait I still see no refund and no one is answering emails. This review will be posted on multiple sites.

Don't Use Brandalley

I ordered a Christmas present in November - Brandalley took my money instantly ... now after chasing 3 times they have said 'we will refund you in 3-5 days' .... Now I have no time to replace this Christmas gift in time.

Are they even allowed to sit on my money for a month ?

This service is unacceptable. I recommend you don't use Brandalley.

I have marked value for money as 1 star also ... it's not bad value for money ... but if you don't get what you ordered and it causes lots of unnecessary stress then it's no good to deal with them at any price.

** VERY POOR **

Wouldn’t Recommend To My Worst Enemy

Anyone that intends to order with these DON’T.

Placed a order for 2 items a few weeks ago, I was aware the order would be ‘split shipped’ and i didn’t mind that. 7 days ago had a email saying the first part of the order was on it’s way (2 x 2 pillows) happy days. Order arrived a the next working day, this is where the problems started. The parcel was OPEN and had clearly been sent like it and the packaging was far too small for the items, so I thought email customer services and that’ll be that. Had a reply from customer services (t..ya) saying sorry that it’ll be fed back to the warehouse, ok fair enough that’s the end of the matter. A while later I had another email from the same person insinuating that I was lying and they wanted photographic proof, which I had and sent with a request for compensation. later in the day another email from same time individual claiming that she could not open the photos could I re send in a different format? No please, no sorry for taking up your time ( I could view them fine on my phone, tablet and pc so found it all a bit too convenient), so photos re sent in a different format along with a request for the other part of the order to be cancelled. The following day I had a email from a different agent c..ol saying that it was too late to cancel order as it was preparing for despatch (outright fib the order status was still at being processed by supplier) and that she had credited my account with a £10 voucher, to which I emailed back declining as never will I shop again with brandalley. No reply so I took to Twitter and within 2 hours the second part of the order cancelled and a full refund for that item and the postage, but no £10 but not worried about that too much.

Yes I appreciate mistakes happen but it’s how the issues are addressed and the standard of customer services that matters.

False Advertising And Wrong Size.

Bought a duvet cover set, a make I had not heard of but a supposed retail price of £160. When it arrived the labels stated M&Co. We have an M&Co in town, the retail price is £55. The quality was £55 certainly not £160.

Same order, ordered size 10 Jack Wolfskin trousers. Size 10/12 arrived obviously too big.

Returned both items.

Brandalley fault but I still had to pay to return items.

NEVER AGAIN !

Lies And More Lies

I have been shopping with Brand Alley for some time but I have to say standards have just dropped through the floor. Orders not turning up and refunds not processed followed by repeated lies both on the phone and by e mail. Still not resolved 6 weeks later. Be very careful using this company.

Missing Item Fro Parcel - Not Being Resolved

Generally I am usually happy with Brand Alley, great products, good price, delivery service can be very hit & miss with long delivery dates. Recently I purchased 4 Ted Baker purses and received only 3, being charged for 4 & the delivery note stating 4. I immediately contacted Brand Alley by telephone & e-mail who advised they would come back to me. Almost a week later & several phone calls & e-mails later I am still awaiting a response. The purses are not cheap hence I cannot afford to be out of pocket for this missing item. I am not happy that I cannot get any answers out of Brand Alley which is very frustrating & disappointing. I am still awaiting a response from them, it appears they are not good at resolving problems!!!!
