Return? Dont Bank On Getting Your Money Back

Very poor customer service. They signed for my return (value of £150) mid Jan. Its now been 4 weeks and still no refund. I had an email on 2nd Feb saying they were up to sorting through refunds from the 8th Jan... Does it really take that long? Makes me think its some tactic to improve their cash position, just holding onto people's money. Not had an experience online shopping like this for some time and would deter anyone from ordering from this company.

Awful

Size 43 birkies were much smaller so had to return,still had to pay return postage then original postage was deducted from refund that took weeks.

Why the different sizing,usually means made in China!

Absolutely useless to deal with,steer clear.

Good Review

I have been shopping with Consortium for years, it has always been a good experience both in-store & online. I had a problem with my order on my last purchase which was resolved quickly by a member of their team.

They do a lot of limited drops, due to nature of these drops being 'limited' people yet upset when can't purchase - They should give them a break as the limited numbers are not their fault.

They are legit Independent retailer & I would recommend them to any of my friends!

Will Never Ise This Website Again!

I ordered a pair of trainers that said would arrive in 2-3 days and after 4 days i got an email saying they were out of stock but they still took the money out of my bank account and i am still waiting on my money back days later!

Excellent Customer Service!

I have been trying to track down some particular skate shoes for my brother for Christmas. Consortium were one of the only places stocking his size so placed an order after calling and checking Christmas delivery - the helpful guy checked for me and said they would do their best and put it on a 48 hour Royal Mail delivery if I ordered by 2pm. Later that afternoon I happened to find another site guaranteeing next day Christmas delivery. Called consortium to see if the order had been dispatched and to see if I could cancel it but I wasn't holding out much hope after reading other reviews about poor customer service... Actually I was pleasantly surprised about how friendly and helpful they were despite me effectively messing them around and cancelling my order. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in future or recommend their service to others from my experience. Haven't had the refun through yet but advised it would take up to 3 days and received a personal email connfirming it had been cancelled so I'm sure ther will be no problems.

I would implore anyone reading this review or considering purchasing anything from Consortium to think again and endeavour to purchase elsewhere. They have no after sales service whatsoever, their website is clearly defective as it allows orders to be processed for out of stock items. The complany as a whole apparently has no concept or understanding of the sale of goods act. They have absoluteley no interest in resolving customer complaints, when mistakes are made by consortium they look to blame the reason for the mistake that they are too busy and are clearly unable or unwilling to accept any of the blame for their own shortcomings and have no qualms whatsoever in breaching contracts with their customers. Therefore i would implore anyone considering purchasing from Consortium to avoid them like the plague. Absoluteley disgusted with the shocking level of customer service received and WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Stay Away! Will Never Admit They Make A Misstake-you Pay!

We ordered a pair of shoes in Size 6 (Eu 39). We received the shoes in due time BUT the size was completely off!! There is NO size chart on the website, and no information to how the sizes run - but since my daughter has the same brand from before, we ordered the same size she uses in her currrent shoes. UK6=EU39

We get VERY surprised when we received a pair size 40 - way too big!!

I rturn the shoes and inform I need size 39 - they write back that they do not have size 39 - but they have size UK 5,50=38,5 ?? Size UK5,5 (38,5) is too small - therefore I ordered UK6!! But when I got size 6 it was size 40!!

I call them, talk to several people - no one knows anything. I finally get to speal to the person handeling my "case" who say he is sorry, but the size on this brand is "off" - I ask why do they not inform about this? Why do they not have a size chart? In the meanwhile, waiting for him to speak to someone, I look on another UK website, and find out that UK6 can be 2 things!! It can be UK 6 24,5 cm OR UK6 25 cm. The size we need, wich is equal to a size 39 is 24,5 cm - and they have sent us the 25,0 cm! This "new" website makes this clear. This is good service for a european! Consortium calls back, saying he can do nothing about the sizes since they send what they have - I suggest we split the transport charges - that is fair, even though I do not feel I should pay transport since they sent the wrong size! But NO.

They miss to inform customers, there is no size chart and it requires several mails and phone calls with someone not knowing a clue!!

There is nothing to do - they will not admit to anything - even though they sent the wrong size!

STAY AWAY!! They are not only taking your money (they do not refund the transport chares) but they also take your for your time!!
