I have had excellent customer service from Delia . I had ordered a faux fur jacket that I had seen in Cheltenham , but not in my size , and wanted it for a wedding . I ordered the wrong size and then reordered what I thought would be he right size to find it was too big! So ordered another size! The service was so fast and efficient and in plenty of the time for the wedding. In fact with all the different size orders it took no longer than 8 days! Highly recommended.

I found Delia Metcalfe the other day and wass so amazed by the selection that i couldn't possibly leave without buying one item at least! i ended up buying three things. The delivery was extremely quick and no stress. I would seriously recommend this site. Thank you Delia Metcalfe.

They delivered my slippers two days after I ordered as expected - didn't expect to get next day delivery as I ordered about 2pm.

I first found the site when i was searching the net for some new designer clothes, as soon as i clicked on their page, i was impressed with the look and the style that they had adopted. I thought it looked really designer in itself, and I was then enthused about browsing through their items. The items they did have were current, fashionable and unique. I found one item that i loved and i decided to buy it. I saw how competitive the price was and just went for it. The delivery was top notch, hassle free and no problems at all. Overall, it was an excellent experience and one that i enjoyed. I would now consider myself a regular customer!

i'm a bit of an on the go type woman, I have a job and three kids so sometimes i can be on my feet all day. I heard about this range of footwear called anti fatigue. I thought that a range like this amy aswell have been named Kelly Shoes! I found Delia Metcalfe, as they are a large retailer of anti fatigue footwear and i saw that they had a great range. I went for the onse with the amaing gel insole. The shoes don't rub and they fell great! I was desperate to get hold of these shoes, and I was really hoping that the delivery would not take long. I ordered these shoes at 10:30 in the morning, and they were at my house the next day! I was really hapopy with the "does what it says on the tin" shoes, and the next day delivery just put the icing on th cake. It was a great purchase all round, and i can't wait to get another pair fom Delia Metcalfe.

After ordering some trousers i was delighted to find that the delivery only took a day. Very impressed with the speedy service and the trousers are better than any others i have worn before!

This is a website that sells designer clothing at an affordable price! Compared to other designer clothing sites that I've purchased from before, this is by far the cheapest.

On this occasion I decided to buy some funky red waterproof snow boots, by Heavenly Feet, thinking that I'd be nicely prepared for bad weather this year! As it turns out.... the weather's been fine!!! So much for the snow!!!

However, these are very comfy and I'm happy to walk the dogs in them, so they're still getting put to good use! :)
