Brought a dress for my daughters prom which didn’t fit so we returned it. I’ve since sent several messages asking for a refund no response no contact at all. Appalling service, embarrassing

Absolutely shocking company. Stolen my money (which they took within an hour of me ordering). No dress. No refund when requested.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I brought a dress from this web site, for my daughter, for her first prom. The dress did arrive but it was of such poor quality that she could not wear it. There was beading around the bust area that was half done on one side and what was done on the other side was falling off. everything about this dress was wrong, from the fabric to the workmanship. The website is very misleading, you would think the company is in the UK, but it is not and i could not return it. We lost 180 Euro.

So I ordered a dress and jacket in January for my godsons christening, the dress turned up promptly but was missing the waist belt. I then awaited the jacket which never turned up, I emailed them and eventually got a reply. They said they credit my account and send a new dress, neither ever happened. I rung and spent 1hr 30mins waiting before I was cut off!! Disgusting customer service!

Would never recommend them to my friends. Been waiting over 4 weeks for my dress. No replies to emails, Facebook or Twitter messeges and now phone calls

Do not order... i placed an order and delivery was great but i have since returned the item and have now waited 6 weeks and still waiting for a refund. Do not email back and have spent at least 5 hours on the phone and get cut off everytime i get to queue position one.

My daughter picked a dress for her prom, material was supposed to be 'chiffon', when it came it was a cheap polyester mix. The sizing was way off and many other things wrong with the dress. This was two months ago, I have been in contact with them daily via email and they have only proposed a 40% refund even complying with their return terms and conditions! I don't think for one minute I will receive any money back from them ... lost £100 in total with shipping etc.

Dreadful company to deal with. Dreadful customer service. I can't understand how they have been given export rights to serve in the UK.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them!

I ordered a dress from this company and received the wrong item. I promptly sent it back and since then, over a month later, I have not heard from them. No refund and no reply to emails. Tried to call but always in a queue of 10 people. Absolutely fuming

AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE!! I placed an ordered which i did receive but not guarantee next day (as stated on website) and paid extra for it. Return the items a few days later as not suitable. That was 30 days ago and still no refund. I have emailed them and sent messages through their site with no reply and tried to call but no reply... Shocking service!!!
