Beware of this website. It is not genuine. I ordered a 'Coast' dress over a month ago, and it still has not arrived.

I emailed them, and got sent back an automated reply, which was all in broken English and made absolutely no sense. The email said my order had not yet been dispatched, so I asked them to cancel the order and give me a full refund. This was also because whilst waiting for my item, I looked up all the other reviews for this website, all of which were bad, and I couldn't cancel my order quick enough!

I still have no refund and no reply. This company is completely unhelpful in every way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Every email I send, I get the automated email which says exactly the same thing, in the exact same broken English.

I am now going through the process with my credit card company of getting my money back, and want to warn people of this awful company.

Having been previously caught out like this (sale time & looking for that elusive dress clouded my brain) I was wary this time. At the time I paid £80 for a Hobbs dress which looked nothing like the item ordered. It was a company in China which sent no return information.

This time I was alerted by the fact that it was Karen Millen selling a Coast dress...since when did KM sell Coast??? and at prices that are too good to be true!!!

My question/what I would like to know is how do they access your phone, tablet etc to know what you are looking for or do they just scour the net for popular items and create the website as it feels like I was deliberately targeted.

I ordered a dress with this dreadful company online and received completely the wrong dress. I have emailed them over 10 times and have not received one reply.

I purchased a dress from this website thinking it was a real outlet site, ignored the terrible layout of website stupidly, I needed to go on holiday so I emailed them asking when it will arrive and could it be left with a neighbour, the reply I got was....We send you order to you by DHL ...we wait for the tracking number

from the express company.

When we receive the tracking number,we send it to you at once. Huh????? so I wrote back , give me the number i will check, but they replied saying they sent 2 days ago.

Well i knew I had been scammed but patiently waited, on arrival from my hols, still no dress, so I emailed and said, forget it just refund me. they them said a month later the drss is on its way, i said too late been to wedding bought a new dress I want my money back. they ignored me, i received a counterfeit dress and emailed them asking to arrange pick up of counterfeit item I want money back, they replied.....

That is a place you do NOT want to shop! I just got a coat and it was soooo fake! NEVER SHOP THERE
