Floral Border Print Maxi Dress
I love this dress! I took a risk & ordered a smaller size & it paid off. I'd read the dress was too long for many & it was for me at 5ft 3.5" tall. However, I was willing to shorten it before I ordered & decided to wash it in cold water to see if it would shrink a little as it's viscose. Well it did & now I've no need to shorten the hem & it still fits beautifully everywhere else YAY!. I'd recommend washing the dress before you even think of shortening it may end up being shorter than you wish, for me it's perfect I'm a 14 & ordered 12 so there's my tips.

Appalling company! Sent a faulty item and then think that they can operate outside of consumer law. I would urge people to report to trading standards as that is the only way that we can prevent this from happening

I ordered a few dresses and a jacket on Roman's website. The order and cash payment took place on 06/04/2024. Today we already have 2024/07/02 and I am looking for information about my purchases or a refund. I have been writing letters for a whole month, but I have never received a concrete answer as to where my package is. I even contacted the delivery company, but they also do not respond. In other words, no one wants to take responsibility for the parcel, everyone is in a hurry to take money for unfinished work.
Please help me get my money back from this irresponsible company that has no respect for people.

Roman is really hit and miss. I found that some clothes are really made of synthetic sweaty materials, not many organic materials. For this reason had to return clothes on many occasions, as found material very unpleasant to skin. Clothes also look better online than in real.
I wouldn’t say their clothes aren’t cheap either and surely all mark up prices are well imbedded including the so called “free delivery”. Not happy that each time you return an item, they deduct £3, which is really a lot. Sometimes clothes simply may not fit well or customer may not like it, bearing in mind that we are buying online with no option to try it or feel the fabric! There should definitely be an option of receiving full refund not through gift vouchers or exchange, which many people simply don’t want..

Avoid this company at all costs!! I made a return, and have never received a refund. My emails regarding the matter have all been ignored, I've made a dozen 'phone calls and never got through to anyone - disgusting, shabby company - I will never shop with them again, and highly advise anyone thinking of using them to read the reviews ..... and avoid wasting their money!!

Terrible customer service. Have been waiting on a refund for 4 weeks and tracking confirms item has been received to warehouse. Multiple emails sent with no response other than an automated reply and can’t get through on the phone as constantly cut off. Would not buy from Roman again nor recommend to anyone if you expect to get a refund on returned items.
Do you have an address for sending returns? I can't find one and nothing was in my parcel. I also can't get through to customer service in any way. It's so frustrating!!

Clothes Good Quality! Customer Service Rubbish!
This Company's customer service has gone downhill during the last 7-months.
They charge £3.99 for next day delivery and the goods get delivered the same time as as their free delivery, which is 3-5 working days! This has happened to me 3 times.
I shop online for my Mum, disabled sister and myself and have spent possibly over £2k since I started to use them in 2018. Clothes are of good quality.
However since approximately May 2022, refunds are taking an age. I am constantly chasing them and have to be on their backs all the time. Its very tiresome and frustrating!
Today, I was fobbed off regarding a refund for the best part of £130. Goods were received by them on the 29th Nov (as per Royal mail tracking) and they have advised me that they will not look into this until 19th Dec. Three weeks before investigating is just not acceptable! What is there to investigate if they received the goods in their warehouse on 29th Nov?
It's such a shame as the clothes are good and reasonably priced, but I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Poor Return In Faulty Item's
Have emailed several times without reply I removed tags to wash prior to packing to take dress away to discover a fault no longer have paperwork as that went back with the other dress that i ordered which was unsuitable no credit received on that yet either. Cannot get hold of anyone to confirm procedure for returning faulty items sadly live miles from nearest shop and it says that no refund possible on that route if purchased online

just wanted to warn people about Roman I put in an order on the 29-10-22 for £90 they took this amount out of bank on that date just got to the point I must have lost that money they do not answer e-mails and the phone that's a joke I waited for 20min the other day and no reply
