Sent the wrong item. I contacted them straight away. They ignored me. I waited for a week. No response to any emails. I contacted paypal. Suddenly i get a resonse offering me a partial refund. The item sent is mot of a style id ever wear so pointless me keeping it and losing money. I declined. Then a store credit was offered. The thing is , the fact that they didnt respond to emails until paypal got involved, made me aware that i didnt want yo buy again. Living in nz the shipping costs from anywhere in the world is super expensive, sometimes more than the item is worth. But because paypal cant compel merchants to pay for return shipping, even if it is because of their error my only option is to send it back, tracked ( theirs wasnt tracked ) And that cost is apparently mine to bear. Not faur.

These guys dont care about rectifying their own mistakes.

Superb Sarees Palace!! My experience has been absolutely perfect. Not only once but the two times I have ordered. Quality is even better than in the pictures. Stitching is really perfect. Products are wonderful. They also make a difference with the customer service through WhatsApp, always extremely helpful and kind. And... products delivered just on time, or even before. I’ll keep on ordering and I am recommending Sarees Palace to anyone looking for a wonderful and perfect service.

I ordered everything from 5-10 Ship days. 2 items were readymade.called/Chat/email/WhatsApp msg. No reply. Got through chat once and promised me to ship 3 items yesterday and refund for others and email me tracking details today but didn't receive so chat again but person left the chat.

I placed my order for 2 beautiful dresses on June 5th. I made my selection based on the advertisement of 'Ready To Wear - 5 Day Delivery'. I contacted them via email the very next day and explained I had an event on June 20th, and if my order could not be guaranteed to arrive by then, to simply cancel my order. They responded by assuring me, and I quote, 'Your order will be on your door step well BEFORE the 18th'. I went online to track my order a few times after this email. Saw that my order had not moved from 'Processing' for 8 days. So I reach out to them again via email on 6/14. I was told that my items did have a delay and that they would arrive by the 19th. I explained AGAIN I had an event on the 20th, and if they couldnt guarntee me delivery for the 19th, to simply cancel my order. The on the 18th, I check my order tracking online and again saw no update or movement from 'processing'. I reach out to their website online live chat agent, who told me that my order was finishing up and would ship on the 21st. I explain that this isnt acceptable. I explained how I had emails from their company with assured delivery dates. And I either needed my order by the next day, (They are in India, and I am in Florida), or I need a full refund. The agent on the live chat, left the chat without addressing my request. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MAY MANY ATTEMPTS TO EMAIL THEM, AND LIVE CHAT THEIR AGENTS. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?? I'M TELLING EVERYONE. BEWARE! I see all these wonderful reviews from other customers. I guess there was no issue with their order. I hope no one gets my luck because obviously they dont care to right who they have wronged.

Placed an order and was ensured to get delivery on time. After a few days received mail saying one item out of stock choose another. I did that and was promised delivery will be on time by Pratik Parham. I needed the item for 3rd march.i had asked to cancel the order and refund if it cannot be delivered on time. But Pratik insisted it will reach on time. Today is 26th Feb still no delivery or refund and no response from them now....

Ordered my sari three weeks ago. Spoke to someone before I palced the order. Asked them if I can have it before September 1, 2017. There respond was sure of course. It was August 29,2017 still no update on my order or a tracking number stating it was out to ship. I try calling them from August 26 all the way to August 29,2017 for a update no response. On August 29,2017 I left messages on whatsapp and email stating I will not get my order on time please cancel my order no response. On August 30,2017 I get a message from DHL stating the package was just picked. Don't understand why they decided to delivery it two days before the day of my event. I got the sari on September 1,2017 at 4pm. Which I had no use of. Up to now I did not get a response from anyone. Now I'm stuck with a sari I don't need and a waste of my money.

Service was good and the communication was on point, unfortunately the outfit I ordered looked nothing like the picture, shade was darker, embroidery was completely different and the fabric is not what they state on their website. I have contacted Saree Palace again (Bunny via whatsap)p and had no reply!!! Should have know better!

Extremely disappointed, surely won't be ordering from sareespalace.com again.

After reading the reviews, Was very skeptical about ordering something from this web site. But the product seemed really good, so took a chance and went for it.

Contacted their customer support before placing the order to confirm the delivery dates. Appreciated their quick responses.

Had ordered a product which was ready to ship.

I got my package delivered to me this morning. It is PERFECT! You guys did such a wonderful job, I am so happy. Also, the shipping was very quick because I got my package within 2 days since they emailed me saying when it was shipped.
