I love Soft Surrounding. The clothes are always soft and pretty. There throws are the best, I love curling up in them with my fur baby. They are high price, so I have to wait until they have a sale, because I am retired and watch my money. It is my favorite store ever...
Dishonest Company
Be very careful placing an order with this company. They charge your bank account incorrectly . Their customer care team sends emails assuring you any matter is taken care of then proceed to post Fraudulent charges.

Defective Quality, Bad Value & Terrible Customer Service
My husband got me several pieces from Soft Surroundings for Christmas. The minute I put the sweater on, it started to pull and unravel. And it was not cheap or a bargain. Called 20 minutes later got a return label, sent it back and got--THE WRONG ITEM. Called, 20 minutes later, several explanations, gave my address three times etc, returned the wrong item, got a new sweater. After one wearing, same problem as before--it pulled and unraveled. So, back to the 20 minute customer service wait to return it. We are done with Soft Surroundings.

Pick Up Orders At Store Option?
I have always loved Soft Surroundings clothing line. Unfortunately, I feel most of the prices are rather steep considering there are other stores I can shop with the same materials in mind. I bought from a sale catalogue which was reasonable but when you add the taxes and shipping it was an additional $16.00. I wish there was a service to order and pick up/return at the store to eliminate the shipping fees.

I am a frequent on-line shopper since we live in a rural area. I purchase pet items, ceramic supplies, jewelry, bed and bath linens, specialty food items, small appliances and lots of apparel. I love clothes – shoes and purses and lingerie and dresses and pants and tops – oh my!!. The nearest shopping mall is a six hour round trip which is a long way for a fashion loving woman to travel to get her fashion fix. Overall my experience has been favorable, the items have met my expectations and the customer service has been helpful. However, I just purchased several items from Soft Surroundings and paid an extra $7.95 for 2nd day delivery for a total of $27.90 shipping (as opposed to the 2 to 4 days for $19.95). The shipping was for $244.80 in merchandise. The vendor provided on-line tracking through FedEx which showed my package sitting in Houston, TX for three days. After 8 business days, I called “customer service” twice to inquire. They claimed that they had only the information that was available on the FedEx web site and had no ability to provide any more information. On the second call, I had more information, and requested a trace be put on the package. I was informed that I would need to wait 7 – 10 business days for a trace, even on a 2nd day shipment. After I explained that it was 8 business days (one day past the 7 days), the “customer service” representative backtracked and told me it would be 10 days before they would issue a trace. Also during that call I learned that one of the items was overcharged by $20.00. I had a copy of my order right in front of me. They have agreed to credit my card for the $20.00 but based on my experience, I will not hold my breath. There are excellent on-line retailers out there and many even offer free shipping if you spend a minimum amount. Unfortunately, Soft Surroundings does not appear to be one of them – poor customer service.
I purchased a skirt on their outlet site which was mislabeled. I requested a size down and they charged me over $30 more.
