Not Impressed At All - Dishonest
I ordered a leotard and tights for my daughter more than two weeks before her exam. After several phonecalls and emails - the items eventually arrived the day before (when i had actually had to buy tights locally as I was not sure that the items would arrive in time). To add insult to injury they had sent completely different brands to that which i had ordered - and the items were the incorrect size. Have emailed in complaint asking for a refund but have heard nothing. On top of this the items came with a return address of a different company - which makes me think that Stagestruck are a bit of a confidence trick. I would avoid them like the plague.

I ordered a pair of dancing shoes that needed to be shipped to the Netherlands on 01-02-2014. I send an email when I could expect the shoes and I was informed that they left 06-02. On 17-02 I still haven't received the shoes so emailed again. She informed me that there was still time to deliver the parcel. I asked for a track and trace, but I did not receive an answer. I emailed again and called to the shop. A very nice lady talked to me (duather of the owner) and she offered to sent another pair, she asked me to return the second pair when it would arrive and they refund the costs.
Beginning of March I received the 2 pairs with a few days difference.
I returned the shoes by post which costs me 13 Euros. 12-03 I emailed them to confirm I have returned 1 pair of shoes. On 03-04 I have sent them the details of my recept because I still haven't received the refund. On 28-04 I received appologies and a confirmation they would transfer the costs.
They only have refunded me 6 Pounds!I sent another email about this but never received an answer. In total I have sent about 18 eamils, a few phonecalls and it took me a lot of time and effort.
The emails from customer service were poor with just a few words as they were chatting to friends. Bad service and they let me pay for half of the transport costs for my honesty. I gave this company a lot of chances to correct the errors, but are not willing to help me in a correct way.
I will never order anything here again.
Stagestruck is very sorry for any distress caused. The original order was sent as promised on the date stipulated. Through no fault of our own it was lost in transit. Out of goodwill we resent another pair of dance boots free of charge and with no hesitation. We appreciate that the customer was also very patient and very honest. Thank you for that.We refunded the postage cost that was due to the customer when the second pair was returned to us. If we can help in any other way to resolve this for the best outcome for the customer we would be willing to answer any private emails.

Would 100% use this company again despite negative reviews other leave. I recommend this company because my experience with them was professional,very helpful and staff on the phone knew a lot about the products that they are selling, which makes a change from other companies i have used in the past. The free post was a great bonus!

i ordered before i read the comments and other reviews on here and i am glad i did was very easy to order and all seemed fine straight away they e mailed to let me know they would keep me up to date with order and it was all plain sailing they delivery date was friday between 9 and 5 i stupidly then went on to read reviews and panicked, so when it was after 5 on the friday i emailed and phoned with no reply started to panic however i shouldnt have the delivery driver was just running late and i did recieve it just before 6 think my lesson was learnt excellent service from start to finish and would def use this company again and do recomend

I do not like writing bad reviews, but I am afraid to say that I have had a terrible experince with this company. I first tried placing an order with this company in 2009 and after waiting 2 weeks for my order and receiving no corrispondence from them I cancelled my order - it did take 4 emails to finally get a refund!
I have recently decided to try ordering from them again recently, but again I waited 10 days before emailing them and enquirying if my order was on back order or when can I expected. It took 3 emails before they finally responded. I then decided to cancel my order and after multiple emails its been 7 working days and I am still waiting for a refund.
I am really not sure how this company is still in business and I am afraid I would warn anyone against them

As A Dancer/dance Teacher I Have Made Many Purchas
As a dancer/dance teacher I have made many purchases of dancewear online from various sites and have never had any problems. You pay and then a couple of days later you receive your product. That was until I used Stagestruck Dancewear! I made a purchase of some dance shoes which I ordered and the money was debited from my account on the day. The delivery guide on the site was 3-10 business days - 10 days passed, no shoes and no contact. I called them and was told that they weren't in stock (surely the guide of 3-10 days is to allow for out of stock items!) I was then informed that the shoes would be with me in another 7-10 days! Wait 20 days for an online purchase, how ridiculous! I was offered a refund which I of course took up. They said that once actioned the money would be back to me within 1-3 business days and I would receive an automatic email once it had been actioned. 4 business days passed - little to my suprise no email, and more importantly no money! The company at this point has had my money for 3 weeks! Understandably this was very frustrating and I am still waiting for my refund.....
