dont buy from this sham company and sham people they never refund you or answer i dont know how these people gonna show their faces to Allah with making haram money, i would love to give 0 star with lots of bad wishes to them . finally i got my refund from Paypal after 4 months of dispute procedure even i had all the proofs this company was no show . big thumbs down.

Don’t Order !!! Ordered early March 23 x 2 orders included - 6 suits and value of total £150 they Sent me 1 completely wrong item and 2 did not fit and were different colours , I sent 3 back to them paid for next day postage and 3 weeks still no reply to my emails and no answer to phone calls as number is which was on the parcels is not even connecting!!! Disgusting ???? very bad service and took my money ! Don’t Order From Suitsmeonline

Always great quality clothing, good style & ethical. I would recommend it to my friends and family. The clothes are comfortable and are made to size which fits perfectly.

Still waiting for my refund for goods i sent back one month ago. Please be afraid of Allah keeping money of innocent people is a big sin, you should be ashamed, all i want is my money back or you can pay it in after life its upto you. 

Dont buy from them if you need to return some item you will never get refund and thats 100% guarantee no 50 not 70 but 100% they dont have email there whatsup number not recognised main number premium number no one answers something has to be done about this company 0 star they need to be taken to the police

Suitsmeonline is very bad company u have to beg for u r own money i returned clothes and asked for refund they said that they refunded me the money but they never give u refund I have lost £200 i will never buy clothes from suits me online so please don't buy it

Customer service is terrible will just send any clothes they have in stock to try and fulfil your order.

Returns / refund forget about it , you will have to fight for months to get your money back ! Save ur self the hassle and just go else here

I had bought a lot of dresses in a single order ( 13 suits in total) and received the order in a couple of days. The clothes were of pathetic quality and not at all looked like what they were advertised. So i choose to return them and then called them for refund which they said will be done within 28 days.

Nothing came back in a month so i rang them again, the lady whom i spoke to , told me it will be refunded in 15 days. so i patiently waited for another 15 days but not even a penny came back in my account.

Another 3 months went by and these guys keep dragging it on in the similar fashion and came up with new excuses like management has changed. But they never paid a penny.

Finally while browsing internet i found out that i can talk to my credit card issuer bank and raise the issue with them . So i called my bank and i have raised this transaction as a disputed one. They have informed that i will get to hear from them in a week time.

In the meantime i have kept all evidences ( receipt/ Post office receipt) with me. Let's see how it goes.

Anyone who is reading this , please never buy anything from these cheats. They should be banned from doing business in UK as they don't comply with the rule.

suits me is an organisation with no service standards and lie all the time they never refund and best to take them to trading standards and also solicitors as they are all full of false promises, REPORT THEM

I ordered 2 suits 1 came the other didn't they said it wasn't in stock and a refund was in place it's been 2 months no refund instead a guy rang twice within 2 hours saying " sister your £10 is in good hands of u buy something we will give u £10 off" he rang in Urdu and English I understand both btw he kept pressuring me to buy more I refused and demanded a refund. Another person rang giving another stupid excuse saying we can't refund u we have to send you a check in the post but only if you buy something. I am never buying from here again. Bad customer service and the suit shrunk in one wash. They also charged £5 delivery and their website says 3-5 day dispatch mine was despatched after a week. When I ordered 2 days before eid up fitr it said next day despatch which also didn't happen false advertising
