AVOID THEM! Sold me a Northface hoodie where the the pocket pulled the material apart - spoke to another dealer near me and they agreed it needed to go to Northface. Spoke to Surfdome who asked for pictures - they then blamed me and said it wasn't covered under warrantee!? Point blank refused to sort anything or talk to Northface for me. I went to my local Northface franchise shop and they agreed there was an issue with the build, sent it off for me and it was sorted out by Northface with no issues asked due to their brilliant 2 year warrentee - buy elsewhere these guys have the customer service skills of an ant. The person i dealt with was rude, incompetent useless lazy oaf who simply couldn't be assed to do anything for me! DO NOT BUY HERE to save a couple of pounds, buy somewhere more reputable - the few pounds I saved has cost me 4 times this trying to get some customer service. Fuming is an understatement. If I could give 0 starts I would - I have reported them to Northface and they are so far shocked 'Surfdome' made this incorrect lazy decision on their behalf!

I ordered sandal $10 shipping never received but was charged if not for PayPal money would be lost to them.  They never reply they just take your money and tried to keep shipping cost for item never shipped

I’m located in Seattle on the West Coast. Surfdome was the only site that had a specific Oakley goggle replacement lens in stock. Although ironic to order an Oakley product from the UK when I live in the same time zone as Oakley headquarters, it was my only option. I ordered on a Tuesday at 9:21am Seattle time and paid $15 for 2-day shipping. Wednesday they sent me a DHL tracking number, indicating delivery by end of day Thursday. Tracking showed a delay at LAX for customs, but ultimately the package was delivered by 3pm Friday, and I was able to use it skiing Saturday. 3-day shipping from the UK, not bad. I was not billed any additional taxes by DHL. Basically as fast as a domestic US purchase, and the price + express shipping was still less than Amazon would have been if in stock. I would order from them again if needed.

I was a bit hesitant to order from a site that seems to have very few reviews and many complaints about poor communication and out of stock items.

I ordered an Ospray Farpoint 40 from Surfdome because it was $40 less than the best price I could find (Amazon, etc). Surfdome is in England and I'm in the western USA. Shipping was free so it was a fantastic deal. I ordered it on Nov. 8. It shipped the following day, and it arrived Nov. 15th. I received 5 or 6 status emails that tracked my package to my house. Very nice! My last worry was the quality of the backpack, would it be used? I'm happy to say it was a new, unopened pack with all the tags. Perfect.

I could not be happier.

Ordered two pairs of Converse for the store-price equivalent of two. Delivered next day, well-packaged, entirely satisfied, would use the service again. Thank you.

Not happy at all. Upon placing an almost $200 order, I received free shipping. The day my items arrived so did a FedEx bill for $33!! Apparently in small print somewhere on the website you will be charged taxes and fees after your item is delivered! What!? Contacted customer service qeho was NOT helpful.

I ordered size 36 but got size 40. When I checked on website, size 36 is no longer available. They could have just informed the customer that the goods is not available instead of sending the wrong size and wasting my time and money. Retour from Germany to UK costs 6 €! Totally not recommended.

I was buying Lacoste trainers on another site I use, they were £75, but my size wasn't available. I stumbled on surfdome.com got exact same ones doe £47.95. Bargain. Took free 2nd class delivery on Friday arrived Monday morning. Really impressed and will use them again

Very helpful when I phoned, ordering was easy and although the helmet was too small returns were free and the returns process was easy. Would definitely use again. The items was also delivered quickly.

Ordered a surfboard from them on Tuesday and received it on Thursday at no extra cost and it shipped international to the US. Would order from them again. Even had to contact their customer service because of this to make sure this wasn't a scam website but they responded within 12 hours and gave me assurance that my tracking order was correct and that same day I received my items.
