Do Not Trust
I placed an order with them and they took the money from my credit card very quickly. However, I have heard nothing from them. No confirmation, no dispatch notice and no bag. I have tried to contact them 5 times, twice via email, twice via contact form and once via telephone message. I have phoned several times more but it always goes straight to answerphone.
Poor Customer Service
Avoid as unreliable :(:( Poor customer service and communication, order not despatched and eventually refunded without any explanation, got let down big time as no luggage for my trip very bizarre as when you ring you can't speak to anyone whom can assist or provide information!!!

Friendly Folks
Having now bought a few items from the Luggage and Bag Shop, I have found them to be very good in terms of customer service. Although maybe a little too chatty on the phone, they have always been quick to respond to my unusual delivery requests and can't do enough to help. Good value too.

Goods Not As Described
Decided to invest in a Backpack to carry my laptop and associated bits and pieces as my old briefcase is heavy and not permitted as hand luggage by some airlines. Did the usual online research and ordered one(via PayPal) on the 23rd Oct 2012 priced at £75 and sold by The Luggage and Bag Shop (Westbay Trading – Glasgow). It took 10 days before a parcel arrived – 1st Nov 2012. Once opened it was clear that what they had sent me was another briefcase and nothing like the backpack I had ordered.
Registered a complaint via PayPal who found in my favour and reimbursed the £75. Despite a written promise from their MD that the cost of returning the goods to them would be reimbursed (£9.75) I have not received this yet, will let you know how this ends....
