In short, I ordered from urbantool.com, got charged immediately, and almost two months later had to initiate a chargeback on my credit card because they kept leading me on without actually delivering the product or refunding my credit card. Save yourself the aggravation - don't order from these people.

The full timeline:

- 7/5/11: I ordered a hip holster for $49.90 + $10 shipping from urbantool.com, for which my credit card was charged immediately

- 7/11/11: I received an invoice PDF via e-mail confirming order, but no shipping tracking number was provided

- 8/8/11: After a month with no communication and no hip holster, I contacted them via e-mail asking for a tracking number

- 8/9/11: Marc Zakaria at Urban Tool e-mailed me, claiming they shipped my order but it was

After searched every UK website I could think of for sportHolster,

I decided to buy direct from urbantool website and I'm glad I did,

Their customer service is excellent and puts many UK websites to shame.

If you are going to buy from them my advice would be to add 20% VAT to the price of any item after using a currency Converter to calculate the difference from Euro to UK pounds,

And also this may only be for sportHolster but the size chart may be a little off, I would recommend going at least one size up from what the size chart recommends otherwise a perfectly good website.
