Ordered £100 of clothing form Designer CLothing UK, to be fair it turned up on time, however clothing quality of Luke 1977 was pretty dire. Sent in my return requesting a refund, withing the short 10 day period. Gave it over 28 days to recieve a refund and still havent recieved anything back. Have sent them a few emails on their website and through my email, still no reply. Cant find a number to ring anywhere, so basically £100 down.

Avoid these people at all costs.

Still i have learnt a lesson, if you want quality clothing, pay the premium ang go straight to the brand.

Designer Clothing UK/ Zucci. Dont use either. Returned a t-shirt 6 weeks ago. No refund, no reply to my emails, no t-shirt. This company apparently went bust and is now trading under a different name. I have raised an issue with my bank and will hopefully get my money back due to me using my credit card. Others haven't been a s lucky. Avoid at all costs....

zucci is opening back open tomorrow in wrexham under a different name for all those who wont to go there to take items back that bought from the old shop.

DISGUSTING COMPANY HAD TO RETURN GOODS NEVER HEARD A WORD THEY STOLE £130 OF MY HARD EARNED CASH NEVER RESPONED TO E MAILS OR PHONE CALLS WE HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAY HAVE GONE INTO LIQUIDATION BUT THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOW TRADING UNDER THE NAME OF EITHER DIRECT CLOTHING OR CLOTHING DIRECT FROM THE SAME ADDRESS THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

The website is not a SCAM for all of you saying this. The idiots at Zucci decided to go into liquidation and game no formal warning to the customers that use this website on the regular.

I ordered an item back in December then returned it in exchange for a smaller size, which was unavailable so I then opted for a refund and have yet to recieve it. I have gone to trading standards, watchdog and consumer direct and have spoken with the guys that are taking control of the liquidation process...Nothing looks very promising at all.

Zucci did not answer any telephone calls for these months and did not reply back to any emails that were sent. Absolutely disgraceful people and the owner of the site should have been much more responsible in the way of acting.

All in all, a bunch of total W***ers!! And as a student cannot afford to be £55 down just because some guy could pull his finger out of his *ss! and sort himself out. Lazy C*nting rip oof b*stards!!!

I ordered a Lyle and Scott polo for my birthday, i did recieve it however it was too small for me so i sent it back and asked for a larger size. They did not reply to any of my emails and they ignored all my phone calls. I am still waiting for it but i highly doubt ill get it so angry this has got to go to Watchdog so everyone contact watchdog and tell them your story

I have previously ordered and received quickly several orders from zucci. on the 1st of feb i placed an order which has not arrived.I have sent four emails and phoned customer services countless times and had to leave several messages as nobody answers the phone with the promise that my call is important and someone will get back to me. not a word dont know how to get a refund so be warned AVOID ZUCCI AT ALL COSTS. they do not care at all about taking peoples money

ordered a pair of franklin marshall tracksuit bottoms for £40 about a month ago, still haven't recieved item, e-mailed them several times and no reply, recently went to go on their website to receive phone number to complain further only to find it was shut down, very annoyed with this so called 'business' as i'm £40 down
