Havens website is very user friendly. The prices of the glasses I ordered was very competitive, the packaging very secure and the service amazing. Delivery was very prompt (in fact the parcel arrived sooner than I expected) even though I ordered at peak time at Christmas. I would definitely use Havens again for ordering presents and when I personally need more glasses. I have absolutley no hesitation in strongly recommend them to everyone else.

I recently ordered 2 sets of port glasses which were superb.Initially they were different sets however I e-mailed Havens straight away to point this out.The service I received was outstanding A date was arranged to deliver another 2 sets at no extra charge in exchange for the originals.Unfortuanatley I was not at home to receive the delivery and return but again this proved to be no problem.Another date has been arranged to suit me and again at no extra charge.I fully support this site and will have no hesitation in ordering again.Their customer service is amazing and nothing is too much trouble.Thank you so much.

Not only did they have a good range of quality products the service was excellent with next day delivery. They kept me informed about the progress of my order including an email and text confirmation of delivery time (1 hour slot),they we actually 2 minutes early.

Good price for these quality wine glasses. Really impressed with the attention to detail with customer service from Havens. Quick delivery service and excellent communication all round. Received an e mail to advise time of delivery with option to change, very helpful.

I placed a order for my wifes birthday,explained to the staff that I had been unable to find the items in stock at other shops and asked for their help.They managed to locate the bracelet and earings that my wife desired and promptly arranged delivery the same day.

In these days of poor customer service it was a rare treat to find a shop that valued its customers and offered such a high level of quality service.

When you try a new web based sales organization there is a degree of circumspection. With Havens, my concerns were quickly blown away by its very apparent intentions of providing good service in every respect. From e-mail advice of acknowledgement, dispatch of goods and expected delivery date through to actual arrival of goods on time, exceptionally well packed (well it was glassware)and concern that it had arrived safely, I can find no fault. It certainly gives me confidence to purchase glassware again from the company, when we need to restock or seek other glassware ranges.

This was my first purchase from Havens and it will definitely not be my last. The website was user friendly, the customer service first class, the product good value and very well packed and delivered very promptly with on-line updates on order progress. A personal e-mail from the Haven manager thanking me for my order and comments was great. These people have got it right, shame more companies have not! I would recommend anyone to order from Haven with confidence.

I searched all the usual websites for the item I was looking for and had just about given up when I discovered Haven - they had exactly what I wanted - the price was below what I was expecting to pay - FREE delivery - I had an e mail telling me when the product would be delivered and it came exactly on that date - beautifully packaged.

The service was exceptional and I will certainly be using them again - and telling all my friend.

I ordered replacement items for my crockery collection from Havens. Having moved overseas I was really pleased to find a company that could supply me with items that had been broken and misplaced in the move. I ordered a significant number of plates and my order was received within days.

When my order arrived 4 of the plates were broken, I phoned Hazel at Havens and I received 4 replacements within a week.

I cannot praise the service I received from this company enough.
