Thank you for very good service, received a broken item and it was replaced

immediately received the replacement the next day.

I saw a cutlery set in one of the high street stores that I wanted, so I decided to check on Milly's website first. I was able to find this make on their website but with more for pieces for my money.

It arrived in protective packaging and the contents was perfect condition.

Milly's are excellent value for money and I will continue to be one of their happy customers.

I have my eyes on a Global knife set next!!!

I just received my Wedgewood Butterfly Bloom, tea cups and saucers

I am absolutely delighted with them. I can't even put them in a cupboard yet, as I just keep admiring them.

Even the beautiful presentation boxes they came in, have been carefully stored away.

What an amazing gift just one of these lovely pieces would make, as the boxes are so top quality.

The packaging around the China was very professionally and carefully packed.

Cheapest we could find on the internet and service was excellent - responded very well to a product replacement request.

I received a text from parcel force telling me the parcel from Milly's would be delivered the following day, Tuesday 10th January. I immediately sent two emails asking that delivery be postponed until the day after. In the second one I asked that if the parcel did arrive it should be left in the porch or with neighbours. I also put a notice to this effect on my front door. When I returned home I found a card telling me that the parcel had been brought to my house when I'd told them I'd be out and taken away again. I emailed again to ask for the parcel to be delivered the following day. This did not happen. I contacted Parcel Force again, this time by telephone and was told that I had to give several days notice for delivery to take place on a particular day. Delivery was arranged for Wednesday 18th December when I have to be in to receive another delivery. Today I have received an email from Parcel Force telling me that Milly's (who took my money on 7th January and have not returned it) have asked for the parcel to be returned to them. I cannot find my parcel on the tracking system. I have emailed Milly's asking why they interfered with the delivery and have not got an answer.

Products are just what we wanted, very pleased with the storage jars, well packaged and great delivery. Excellent fast efficient service. great value.

I will definitely be using Milly`s Kitchen Store again as we build our Portmerion kitchenware.

The site was very easy to use when I ordered some Sophie Conran tableware. The items arrived in the time stated and I was very impressed as to how well it was wrapped.

I have previously reviewed this retailer and the item I bought here, on Review Centre. I had no issues with the item - Ella Gold plated cutlery from Villeroy & Bosch - really stunning. But I have however had issues following my order with Milly's Kitchen - my order was delivered almost one month later with no proper updates or explanations, so that it was actually me who had to call and email to get updates. I believe that that was an unacceptable level of service.

This second review was prompted by the fact that after I had posted my review on Review Centre, Milly's then refused to pay cashback through Quidco that was actually due to be paid to me on 19 October in respect of my order, which I find ridiculous. Not only has Milly not admitted lack of proper client service or indeed apologised, but it has also decided to "punish" me for my (honest) review by not paying cashback to Quidco. Very pathetic, but I will not be coming to Milly's ever again.

We have used Millys Stores a few times and found the service, price and selection of quality products to be second to none.
