My review is based on 2 years + shopping experience with Natural Collection. In summary I would say NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would not normally continue to shop with someone so unreliable and unhelpful, but their selection of environmental and fair trade items looks impressive and they seem to offer the widest choice. However, my experience with them over the last couple of years has been consistently poor. Items the website says are in stock, often aren't, and you aren't told til the delivery arrives - or when you enquire when the order hasn't arrived. They are unhelpful on the phone/email when there is a problem. I have complained to them on a number of occasions but with no change - I have no idea how they are still in business and I would recommend you NEVER buy anything from them.

Super efficient! The dress and the top were even better than they appeared in the catalogue and it's good to be certain they were produced ethically! I'm really pleased.

I've recommended the site to a number of friends. We currently live in Denmark and it's not always possible to find certain products locally. Had great experiences with delivery (except for 1 time, when it was quite a disaster, but customer service was perfect and they refunded the purchase and shipping costs). Will continue to order from the site!

I've been a Natural Collection customer for 5 years - I receive the mail order catalogue they send in partnership with Greenpeace. I'm always amazed my the new and interesting products they have ethically sourced from around the globe- the gift and fashion products have really improved over the years. Natural Collection also sells my favourite cleaning brand, Faith in Nature, which I buy in 5L drums to save on packaging. I used to phone in my orders, with customer services always very friendly and helpful, but now I place my orders on Natural Collection's website, which I find generally easy to use, although sometimes I feel there may actually be too many products!

Natural Collection has a great range of items to choose from that you wouldn't usually find elsewhere.

However you will have to wait a few weeks for your items to be delivered, and although you can purchase the items they are not always in stock, I usually have a 50/50 success rate whether they are in stock or not and it always takes them around a week and a half or more to tell me this after I have ordered.

this has happened one to many times now and its very frustrating. having said this they do have a great range of items as I said previous, just don't rely on them shipping the items any time soon.

Hopeless delivery serive. Used them twice now, and both times delivery took more than 2 weeks, and took many calls to their 'service' department whi were disinterested and gave me no compensation or any reason to shop again with them. Now using Ecotopia.co.uk who are excellent, and delivered the following day.

I ordered some curtains and matching cushions from Natural Collection they exceeded my expectations. They are extremely well made and the staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone.

Sizeing of clothes: There are people interested in wearing enviromentally friendly clothes who are larger than average.Finding suppliers who can supply larger clothes and widder fitting shoes would benifit alot of your customers.

The Natural Collection is a company which only sells environmentally friendly products and they support charities like Friends of the Earth and Greenpeace as well.

But that doesn't mean that their stuff is no fun, or completely utilitarian. They have a great selection of items which are really unusual and well-designed. I have bought a considerable amount of things from them (ranging from organic cotton clothing to recycled glass tumblers) and have had no complaints about any of the items. And whenever they send me a catalogue I generally lose it to a friend within a couple of days!

The range of items runs from children's toy and items from babies, through books and meditation good right up to practical things to help you clean the kitchen in a more environmentally-friendly way.

On the odd occasions that I have had a problem with an order and rung the customer service line, I have found the staff to be competent, helpful and polite and issues have been resolved there and then.

It's a great place for guilt-free shopping and you can rest assured that whatever you buy will be good quality and value for money.
